See Covid symptoms, do they include what Frank Spencer might call tummy trouble?
I don't tend to see it listed among the cough, fever and loss of taste ones we're all familiar with, yet it's striking me as a definite feature.
Asking for one of those friend things, I've heard about.
March 2020 I was spewing and shitting like a maniac. My girlfriend and friend who I was with all weekend both lost their taste and smell. Nobody was officially diagnosed but fairly likely we all had covid.0 -

Thought we played really well. Just lacking attacking options, need a proper winger in for Ojo and need an option off the bench. Currently there isn’t really one.

How long did that take you?
I decided to wipe my FM slate clean a couple of weeks ago because I wasn't properly getting into any saves (unfortunately that meant goodbye to the Kilsyth Athletic journey) so all I've been doing recently is updating all the transfers as they happen and starting a fresh Clyde save a few days ago (4th and lost in play off to QOS first season, currently 3rd midway through 2nd season). Might give something like Wrexham or another National League side a go.
7 or 8 seasons I think it was. I kind of get bored when my entire team is made up of regens and that’s what it was becoming.0 -
Won the Barclays with Wrexham. That’ll do. Starting a game with Cove Rangers, will try take them to the Cinch then probably jump ship.

I do recall Glass saying something along the lines of 'we want our business done before the Rangers game'. I'm aware it's probably just platitudes to the press but it's all a bit deflating for a team that has struggled this season. We absolutely need a creative winger and a backup striker, as a minimum, if we have any desire to finish in the top 4.

Modern football has completely fucked the football management sim anaw. Thinking I have found a wee gem in fae timbuktu and making an offer only to be out bid by Man U.
It’s frustrating me in my save with Wrexham. Got them to the Barclays and eventually pushing the CL spots but the vultures start circling and rip my team apart EVERY TIME I BUILD SOMETHING DECENT. Can only get promising young players to sign if there’s a release clause included so it’s an endless cycle. Rage.1 -
If I’m Ramsay I’d be leaving asap as well. Get the big wages and get a loan to progress, worst case. It’s a short career and he owes us nothing - that’s the reality. An ACL injury could be round the corner, you never know.

Samuels is horrendous, I’m surprised anybody sees anything positive in him. On technique alone you can tell he won’t make it.

I’ve taken Wrexham to the Barclays.
Anyway, the likes of Haaland, Lukaku and Mbappe (Man U, Chelsea and Liverpool respectively) are borderline broken. Circa 30 goals each after 15 games. Next highest is on 10.
That’s the spirit of the Barclays though, I guess.0 -
As I’ve said before, I’m trying to get to australia. They were letting in international students and visa holders from Wednesday (1st December). They’ve now delayed that to the 15th, as of about an hour ago. Brutal. People quitting their jobs, terminating leases etc and are quite possibly already on a flight to start their journey, now effectively rendered homeless and stranded. Unreal. Selfishly, I’m lucky my visa hasn’t been approved.

We've missed Andy Considine more than anyone.
Perhaps, wouldn’t totally disagree. But Ramsay was very high up on the creativity charts (I can’t be arsed checking tbh) in terms of assists, chances made etc.. Nobody is replicating that.0 -

What lesson is that, exactly? That flight and travel bans do absolutely nothing to prevent the spread of vArIaNtZ, but do cause untold misery to people?
Personally speaking, I’m trying to get to Australia and have been for the last six months to be reunited with my partner, so I’m fully aware of how border closures can impact people. I’d like to think the flights could have been segregated from all other flights and testing could’ve been implemented on site upon their arrival. Now we run the risk of the super duper new variant running wild in the UK. Ergo, more untold misery to people.3 -
