Well done Darvel in appointing an manager outwith the usual lot .Thinking outside the box and a man that seems to have people wanting to play for him .Great signings so far and I am sure will be a force in the game next season

Expecting an easy win for Darvel and hoping they score a few goals .6 or more would do fine .Hadn't seen them for a month or so but went to Larkhall last week ,should have had the game out of sight but the last minutes were squeaky bum time .Take there chances this week and it will be a cricket score

Hope Darvel take there time and appoint the right man for the job .They look as if the have a decent squad and the right man might even manage to get them into a promotion place .Graeme was a strange choice and I doubt very much he was the 1st choice .Did his best though and best of luck to him in the future

Thought Darvel would win the league or at least be up there challenging but after today's display I doubt it .The midfield were well of the pace and were given the run around by the Benburn youngsters ( they looked years younger anyway ) and were by far the hungry team .The so called experienced players certinly didn't live up to there reputation .Hendo was sorely missed and I would have big KP back anytime in front of any of the the new signings in midfield

Is the play off King from Shortlees signing ? Hearing Kilwinning are intrested in him to .Would certainly be a good signing and probably capable of playing at senior level but for his past history and discipline

Darvel seemed to have assembled a very good squad and there seems a bit of sour grapes on here about how much (or how little ) they are being paid .Things seem to be on the up off the park too with sponsorship and there new prize draw .Looks like a club going places to me and I would expect them to be challenging for the league this season
