An ageing striker perhaps? One with experience in the Scottish leagues and spent time with both OF?
Nope.

Expect another signing in today or tomorrow.

Don’t think it can be overstated how much we’re missing Harry Davis, probably even more than Morgan. We are so fragile in defence.
I wouldn’t even call it a defence, horrific.

One from Celtic, not Morgan ?
Not Morgan but the player starts for Celtic today.

We are still after 2 particular players, if we get them we will be good to go.

Tough tackling midfielder for a bit of steel in the middle of the park would be very handy.

If I've followed the relevant bread crumb trail then I believe Ricardo Bagadur is the player we have on trial.
22, defender, Croatian, spent pretty much his entire career on loan with (if Wikipedia is correct) his most productive spell coming during his time at Salerno quite some distance down the leagues in Italy. Again according to Wiki, he's played no competitive games since.
It’s not him we are signing in the next day or 2.

Liam Smith would be back at St.Mirren now but Stubbs doesn’t rate him.

We have announced plenty of signings in the past after 5pm.
Will today be one of those days? I thought so but even if I'm wrong, I still reckon there's going to be plenty of movement this week.
1 in tomorrow but I wouldn’t get your hopes up on the other 1.

Ayr fan reporting we are sniffing around Shankland.
No chance of shankland coming back.
Stewart won’t move until next week until we have our replacement in either.

Don’t think we will be signing Humphrey.

As I've pointed out in the St. Johnstone thread, it's no surprise that your upturn in form directly coincides with your acquisition of a St. Johnstone-quality player (Matty Willock). One player of that ability can make a huge difference. We have many. You now have one. Whether it's enough to keep you afloat in the big boys' league, I still have my doubts.
You ok mate? You seem upset?

Willock looks a player lads

Just spoke to Matty Willock and he told me that he ''wouldn't be seen dead in a St. Mirren shirt.''
You’re in for a surprise as he could be holding 1 above his heed this afternoon.

Stubbs definitely not my choice for the job, but he’ll get until at least the first quarter of league games to assemble and improve the squad. It’s vital we stay up and I get the distinct impression that GLS won’t hesitate to bag him should we be anchored to the bottom of the league by October.
Gordon Scott won’t think twice about bagging him if things start to go tits up.

This is going to cost us a lot of money, isn't it?
A 3 year deal as well, the McGinn money will end up going towards it

Stubbs will be lucky to see the start of October at this rate.

It’s not a striker either.
