Understand that this wasn't "directed towards" me either but I don't know how you come to the conclusion that we would struggle to stay in the Championship? We were/maybe still are the top scorers in the UK leagues and have pumped numerous teams in this league, also pumped Dundee and drew with Dundee United in regulation time. Granted we were pumped by St Mirren, but that's one bad performance (then adding on Ayr and Airdrie at EEP). We would improve on areas of this already strong team if/when we are in the Championship and would surely be ahead of the likes of Livingston/Alloa and possibly even Dumbarton, Morton and the Wee Team.. Just don't see where your point becomes valid?

The 2 games he played were a closed doors game v Queens Park (the game he scored in) so have no idea how he played in that game and the Hibs game he played some decent link up play in the 15 or so minutes he was on, was never really given enough time to prove himself.

This is a far better signing and more inspiring signing than Moffat was, also we have a better overall team now.

The team we have now is (despite not playing a competitive match yet) far more solid defensively than what we had last year, we seem to be now flying into challenges we were only dreaming of last season, I don't think Hutton will be a Scully-esque signing in terms of needing him to pull us through games. Our attack should be the thing to pull us through this year with our defence doing most, if not all, of the dirty work.

The above player's name is Abdallah Yaisien, was out on loan last season but he is an attacking midfielder, not a striker. There is no trace of a 21 year old, serie b French striker anywhere on the internet so this is probably your safest bet.
