A shite, rusty post break performance and a needless replay.
However, these things happen. We’re still in the cup and plenty to be positive about.0 -

There is no reason to keep it a secret but you seem to think there is.
Kevin Friend: Which teams do Premier League referees support? - BBC Sport
It really does work both ways.
It’s quite obvious to anyone with half a brain and a reasonable knowledge of Scottish football.
I’m sure you’ll get there one day.0 -
Rivalry's aside...... Lets just hope McInnes plays him in the correct position. He's a cracking talent, would be a shame if he was to go backward.
Have to say I'm a bit gutted we didn't manage to tempt him to stay at RP.
I think he will. Sounds like a broken record but without Mclean and Christie that role is now his. We’ve been crying out for creativity from that central area all season.0 -
Were you delighted with him last season? Or are you basing your delight on the back of his performances at RP?
I wouldn’t say I was delighted with him, but it was quite clear he was a real talent, specifically towards the end of the season. I definitely would have had him back in the summer.
It’s been frustrating but not surprising seeing what he’s done so far this season.0 -
To be fair, the general mood of Killie fans over this move is entirely justified.
I have no issue with killie fans being pissed off, I would be and I don’t take any particular pleasure in the circumstances of harming killies season, albeit I’m delighted Greg is back.
Just spare me the ‘damage to the league as a whole’ chat please.1 -
Let's be honest his spell at Aberdeen he couldn't command a starting place every week.
Under SSC he has flourished. Now back under managerial roulette Mcinnes he will not be used properly and end up the same as his 1st spell, frustrated!
It's a shame for us to lose him but also the league suffers from a guy with that ability not producing week in week out.
I will eat my words if I'm wrong
State of this.2 -
Would you, if you were a striker, have been delighted with his game to goal ratio at Aberdeen?
He’s been quite open that he really enjoyed his time with us. He may have enjoyed killie more due to his form but he was definitely happy at pittodrie.0 -

He gets his full wage regardless, whether Kilmarnock pay 20% or Aberdeen pay 40%, Birmingham are contractually obliged to pay the remaining amount.
Birmingham can just refuse the loan offer from killie if we are offering to cover more I think is the point.0 -

Probably in his correct position now that Clarke has shown the wee h#n McInnes where to play him.
Oh no wait a minute he wasn’t fit, Christie played in that position, blah, blah

Hopefully we can still be friends, killie.

Hopefully we can get Derek Young or Darren Mackie along to present it.
Surely that would be the "aw fucksake another contract?" award?

I hardly slated him, but I think he has made too many simple mistakes and cost us a few too many goals this season. If we have serious title ambitions, I think we would need to have better than Logan at right-back. Who would you say is our weakest regular player, if that's doing him a serious disservice?
Not sure it's a title that really needs to be awarded to be honest, although I suppose you could propose it to the club for the year end awards.
Considine, Cosgrove, May, Mcginn, Ball and possibly others have all had spells this season of being pretty ineffective or a liability. There is no clear 'weakest regular' IMO and Logan is a more than decent right back for this level.

WOW that is some racism if ever I've seen it.
Just, wow.

There must be some sort of correlation between length of time a player/manager has been with a club and the level of criticism they receive.
Logan has his flaws but doing him a serious disservice to call him our weakest regular player.

Just weighed in a lost a couple more pounds, unfortunately off to Naples this weekend, so expect to put a bit back on after numerous Peronis. However unlike before where I would usually be a write off after coming back, genuinely quite excited to get back into the routine, and I am now pretty much free till the end of March, so have the best part of two months to really crack on.
Apologies to lower the tone, but I have noticed my bowel movement is a lot better now. I am pretty much going for a shite at half 9 on the dot most mornings now. Opposed to a month or so ago, where I could go two or three days with nothing, and then produce a piss like substance from my arse. Anyway enjoy your breakfast.
This is all too familiar
I also weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 91.5kg. Coming from 105kg in September, getting below 90kg would/will be a big milestone for me so hoping for that before January is out.

Perhaps the calling card of the moron here is being convinced that they constantly know better than the bookie.
Yes0 -
If you have a budget and stick to it then fair play but I’ve seen people lose their house and marriage because of it then they still continue.
That’s a bit different to someone who regularly bets being a moron.
I put a tenner on most weeks safe in the knowledge I probably won’t win. I usually only bet on large odds so the payout is huge if I do. As such, mostly lose, but it doesn’t cause me any financial issues.
What you’re referring to there is addiction and mental illness and probably doesn’t belong on the moron thread.3 -
Root canal today. I'm knackered.
f**k that. I had that in my front tooth years ago. Possibly the worst pain I’ve been in. Awful.
Hope you can sort it quickly.0 -
Hi guys been lurking on this thread for a while and I’ve been going to the Gym since the end of October and I’m feeling a lot better for it although my belly is hanging around pretty stubbornly but my tits are reducing. I try and do 3km on the treadmill and then 5-8km on the bike and some general weight stuff but I feel like I’m hitting a limit, I feel utterly feck on the treadmill but want to push on distance wise, anyone had similar experiances, is it just a case of increasing the speed?
Should add that I’m eating a lot better having a Salad everyday and really cutting back in Carbs and Drink however feel a lot more tired again any advice?
Cheers.
A.
I’m no expert by any means but before a few months ago I did f**k all running.
I was going to the gym regularly and just doing HIIT and boxing and other stuff like that, maybe a bit of cycling. Was only after about 5/6 weeks I decided to mix it up and go for a run.
I couldn’t believe how easy I found it and that was just based on healthy diet and working out regularly that really improved my cardio.
Also I hate running on treadmills, I can run for miles outdoors but a treadmill I get off after about 2k, too boring. If it’s running you want to do I’d suggest getting out on the road or a park or whatever.
As I say, no expert and that was just my experience but may be worth a try.2
