  1. Don't mind a simple 'how are you?' and generally just being friendly. It's engaging in an extended chat when the queue is ever-growing.
  2. Was stuck in a big queue in co-op the other day. One girl working behind the till. With every customer she’s striking up a chat. So what are you doing today? Oh that’s lovely, nice weather isn’t it. Plans for the weekend? There’s a fucking massive queue you idiot, scan their shit take their money and let them f**k off.
  3. Just like to re-iterate how good it was seeing rugby park back to life the other night. Top effort [emoji1303]
  4. I fear for our season if we lose on Tuesday, and tbh I’d make Kilmarnock favourites. Momentum is a big thing in football, we have none and killie have spades of it. Attendances will plummet and the apathy will well and truly set in for the remainder of the season. European football could be in jeopardy too. The summer rebuild simply hasn’t done the job it was meant to. Mcinnes clearly has to shoulder the blame for much of that but equally a lot of players have let him down. May, Stewart, even GMS should be offering much more (although with GMS it’s more about consistency). I said when arnason signed I didn’t think he was the answer. It’s not worked out at all. Can’t imagine what our defence would be like if McKenna hadn’t stepped up this season. Another significant summer rebuild is required. I want Derek to do it if he still has the drive for it. I don’t want him sacked by any stretch but it’s not been his best season. My only doubt is how much he still wants to be here. If he thinks it’s coming to an end then maybe it’s time to move on.
  5. Yes. The story (which is clearly shite anyway) just says he’s willing to invest. Had there been an interview with him where he stayed categorically that he was willing to throw a fortune at them then I presume the fan feeling would be quite different. In any case it’s pointless speculation as I simply can’t conceive of any way he’d a) come back or b) be in a position to provide significant sums of money. How much of his own money did he even put in first time round?
  6. What an absolute bore. A troll of course but once again you spectacularly miss the point.
  7. Potentially but even more generally a longer contract strengthens your hand with any club coming in for him. I genuinely believe though we would rather just hold onto him for a couple of years as opposed to just increasing a transfer fee.
  8. Aye but significant offers from hull and likely more to come will have forced our hand. Great bit of business from the club IMO. He’s our only current centra half id be gutted if they left.
  9. I know united demise is difficult but try and not compensate by being angry with us. We’re fond of you really, it was nice seeing you a few weeks ago even though you’re absolutely murder. Chin up fella.
  10. Brewdog is shit. But getting offended by this is quite tiresome.
  11. Hi peppino. I don’t know who you support. But your anger at our attendance against Kilmarnock is possibly the best thing to come from this weekend. Thank you [emoji1]
  12. I’m going through a tough period just now. My work is extremely demanding and when I’m not feeling good I really struggle to concentrate and keep up with it all. The more I fall behind the more I worry and the worse my mental health gets. I’m trying hard not to self medicate but all I seem to want in the evenings is a country me of beers to chill me out. I feel like my career, and my life, has just stalled and I’m going nowhere. Not sure if there is a point to my post I just wanted to get it out.
  13. Good move for County. Hopefully gives them the kickstart they need
  14. I suggest you read soccernomics, they have a whole chapter dedicated to this
