  1. My point is that it is clearly a now entirely fatuous piece of legislation. Even Humza was on tv last night saying there is a very high bar for any criminality to be established. I suspect so high in fact that behaving in such a manner that this act was intended to tackle a month or so ago would have most likely landed you with a charge of breach of the peace. Another piece of 'progressive' legislation from our elected members to make it look like they are doing something while all the more nippy nettles that need attention are failing to be grasped. If they want to be regarded as serious, I'd suggest making a decent fist of tackling some of the serious issues in their domain might be a better place to start.
  2. Help me out a wee bit here - what's your point caller?
  3. Yet we are to take the current incumbents at Holyrood as serious people?
  4. As @Hoose Rice has already pointed out, hibsing it against The Hibs, May 2016.
  5. Hmm. It seems the failed family lawyer is a bully and Humza an unprincipled shitebag. Pass it on… https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2024/04/02/nicola-sturgeon-blocked-law-protect-jk-rowling-feminists/
  6. No, thank you - your contributions are most erudite. And you’ll be back, you know you will…
  7. Agreed. I think the short version is the legislation is wholly unneccessary. I'm struggling to understand how exercised those mounting such a staunch defence of it are getting.
  8. Would an Orange Walk fall foul of this legislation?
  9. It’d be a more convincing position for building on Devolution if these daft c***s weren’t getting themselves tied up with this, bottle deposits, an inability to deal with drug deaths and ferry procurement. But hey ho, independence first and suddenly all the latent potential in this country will magically be unleashed. And these trivialities will all be forgotten.
  10. You boys missed the open goal about something something Rangers tap.
  11. Pointless piece of legislation that provides a suitably shiny distraction from the myriad other issues that this country’s elected should be focusing on. And we’re falling for it.
  12. Three top quality goals and a corruptly given but chalked off penalty. Enjoy the rest of your Easter weekend Hibbies.
  13. If it had happened at the other end I wouldn’t have got at all exercised about it.
  14. Aye. Corrupt, eh? Penalty for a forearm smash then just as its corrupt job done it gets ruled out for a foot inside the box. Must try harder chaps….
  15. I can’t really imagine @throbber ‘s 70yo parents wrestling a Great Dane round the park.
  16. Walked the dog two hours along to Dollar only to discover the bloody beer garden’s shuT. Oh well…
