Ridiculous

Already down weeks ago,
Players that aren't gonna be here or want to be here drop, if they can't fight and show a bit a character to the club and fans who pay there wages then just don't bother turning up,
Get Bird on, 2 up top and just try and score a goal, that would be nice

This is what I’m referring to by the way - this has annoyed me more than any on the park stuff I’m kind of resigned to the fact we’re L1 bound and a lot of the players here will be moving on and it’s all kind of run its natural course and come to a disappointing endBut this is just not on, for a club employee to post this about the fans is not on. To absolutely throw the fans under the bus purely to try and exaggerate and add effect to your shitey LinkedIn post - it can absolutely gtf.
There’s no way any of the other stuff happened, could you imagine Pink wanting to sit down and have a ‘wonderful conversation steeped in emotion’ with the boy who runs social media after we’ve been pumped 4-1Absolute Birthday Card pish - bring back Graham Black and all the other volunteers who actually cared about the club and the fans because they were actually fans themselves
Surely this would of been investigated by police if true? Or a statement by club?
There is absolutely no connection between club and fans anymore,

My biggest gripe today was the tactics and subs,
We are in a real mess and this season needs to be over soon so we can have a full reset, and from what I've seen that includes the manager, no doubt he has had problems, but I've not seen anything from him that gives me hope he can take us forward

Thanks for trying Jim but you can go to,
That was a tough watch today

Controversial but off u pop Jim
Another 5 goals conceded,
Planning should be underway for next season to make sure your competitive in league 1

Would be very disappointed if ToB leaves,
ToB, McKenna Stewart should be the first 3 names we build our team around next year, along with Gold, Gaston, Steel, McIntosh and if you could keep him Bird, Jury's still out on Slater, Walker, and Murray,
Gonna be a hard enough job rebuilding as it is and surely you would want to keep your captain and better players to begin with, I understand the connection with Campbell but if everyone leaves to go join East Fife it doesn't say very much about the current management and feeling around the club,
Been tough for him but jury's still out on the manager for me too, January was hard for him and he inherited a unbalanced injured squad, however after a decent start to life we seem to have went backwards, it had all gone toxic with Campbell and a fresh start was needed, but there is absolutely no connection between the fans and managment team and things still don't feel right,

Very poor first half, then a disaster of a second goal,
After that Bird was thrown on and he was an absolute handful, we then went started to play like what has made us successful,
Gaston was superb, Little who has had some ropey moments and just back from a serious injury headered away every thrown into the box, Slater had a good game and Lyon was good at left back,
It will be very hard to get out of the hole we are in, But hopefully we can start to put some decent performances together and get some points on the board and see where we come,
Hopefully get some more of the injured group back and get our best 11 on the park, That means Jay Bird starts up front every game, He is the only one that can have games and moments like that,
My god we deserved that tonight,

When the rebuild has to start who of the current squad Would we keep?? For me it would be Gaston, TOB, Stewart and McKenna. Maybe Slater as we will be a league lower but that it for me.
I'm guessing Murray, Walker, and perhaps some of the new signings will be here next year too, haven't seen much from any to be positive about though,
McIntosh and Gold would be kept surely too

McIntyre was never the guy.
Wasn't most peoples choice but has been backed by fans and club,
Had a positive start but seem to be going backwards,
Most fans are realistic and it was gonna be a massive ask to stay up again, But going down without a fight and not putting in any decent performances is really frustrating

I hope the club reimburse every fan that went there tonight,
Game over after 20 mins

We are in such a mess,
The last season and a half have been a complete shambles,
There is absolutely no chance we are escaping relegation again, we had a wee boost when the new manager come in and had some better performances, but that seems a distant memory now

Bird not fit or just not in the plans?

Nobody could of predicted that team

Might see Turan and Jacobs and Adams away,
East Fife mayb for some?

Charlie Reilly

If Gaston wasn't fit why would he be on bench instead of Adams,
Adams was also fine in the games he played

A point in the right direction but I personally feel we were lucky to escape with a draw,
Dunfermline had countless chances to win the game and could of been 2 up but O'halloran somehow missed when Boruc slipped,
Thought the 2nd half was better than the first but it seemed we set up not to get beat rather than win, the 3 In the midfield were all to similar, absolutely crying out ti get McKenna back,
For the life of me I don't understand why we took an absolute age at every goal kick, just asking for Napier to add on extra time,
Wasn't too Impressed with Boruc enough to understand why Adams wasn't kept in goals or why Gaston is on the bench,
Also can't believe how Chris Hamilton won every header in the 2nd half, yeh he it a good player and decent in the air buy Robinson had a decent height advantage,
Dunfermline were on a terrible run and it was a massive chance for us today with all the players returning to show the fans that there is still a glimmer of hope,
Though there was a very good support for a team rooted at bottom of league also, fans are up for the fight now its time for the team to show they are too

Pretty disappointing interview from him,
Having a dig at the board who backed him, we were a mess and he was lucky to not of been sacked before then, he was the one that offered his resignation but expected the board to beg him to stay, the board backed him after the disaster of s season before and were left with no choice, the performances on the park were dire and there was far to much going on behind the scenes and unrest in changing rooms,
At spartans he didn't need to walk up to the fan, he could of just kept his head down and walked down the tunnel, he gave plenty of abuse back,
Then walking through the crowd into the changing rooms you could see a bit of a shouting match but I'd be very surprised if anyone spat, if that's the case whys it only come out now, surely at the time you would of reported it,
No doubt he will go down as one of Arbroaths best managers and the fans will be always grateful but its a very poor interview, he thought he was immune to criticism but was quite happy to dish it out, wasn't the first time he had run in with fans, or moaning about fans singing the Bobby Linn song,

What do you actually expect?
a young attack minded midfielder filling in it full back along with 2 other midfielders. One defender playing with a broken toe.
a midfield all playing out of there natural position and an outfield sub that manager clearly doesn’t rate and quite rightly imo he’s rubbish.
the boys available are all physically fucked playing every minute of every game just now.
we are playing to get through games with minimal damage in results and injures.
What?? I think you have took what I said wrong
Because I say we are in a mess and that team would struggle in league 2,
Obviously it would....
I've not had a dig at any player, the boys that are available are giving everything,
But the current starting 11 with the players playing out of position and absolutely no back up we would struggle to pick up points in lower leagues no mind the championship

What a mess we are in,
Yeh refs having a mare but it doesn't hide the fact that it's looking very dire
That starting 11 would struggle in league 2,

Normally agree with a lot you say Simon,
The sub needed today was Bird on for McIntosh and drop McKenna back, we had just scored the 2nd goal and then lost all momentum taking McKenna off, McKenna looked fine and had a massive hand in both goals,
I don't really know if they are playing for him, hard to tell going on first half, something doesn't look right, there's a massive divide in the support and he has massive work to do to convince the majority he deserves to stay,
