Apparently three divisions the level below the Highland league, including a north of the Tay. West slotting in. The rest of the east told to bugger off to the EoS. TJ and IM apologised to the EoS. Free licenses all round with floodlights.

Surely the clubs moving was a private matter for the clubs and up to them to decide if they made it public. Plus a number did.
