The Judge didn't mention any of the WW players by name either. You not going to pull him up too?
I was at the wind up as mantis had already dug the judge out for not giving welfare players a mention. Just a wee joke that flew over your head.0 -
Was one of those days when it proved harder to play against 10 men than 11. The home side deserved their lead and should have went in front before they did. After John Hall's sending off Connor McGregor moved to right back and JR back into the middle leaving Scott Gormley to lead the line on his own. He tapped in the equaliser after great work initially by Steven Manson. The 2nd goal was a big blow just before half time and easily avoidable. 2nd half the Welfare got on top and an equaliser looked a distinct possibility. Great finish for the third though which came on the break with the keeper clearing with Connor Brydon bearing down. The 4th was very unlike Bryan fumbling a tame shot.
Roll on Gala next week.
Come on rab. Is it asking to much of you to have a look at oposition team sheet and at least mention a few of there players? At least the goalscorers?[emoji51][emoji51][emoji51]0 -
24 mins and there it is Andy Rodgers hat trick[emoji106]can anyone stop this shire juggernaut?

Have Ajax been in touch yet?
Trying to milk it with records chat!!!! You would never catch us doing that[emoji51]0 -
Halfway stage EK are still strong favourites Shire have to just keep winning well and hope that they start to feel the pressure. You also have to remember that even if it does come down to a last game showdown the Shire always find a way to lose the games that really matter.
Things are hotting up. We are on the back of a couple of defeats now. Next game for us is a big one. Need to get back to winning ways. Bring it on. This is what its all about. Going to be a close run in. Just hope spartans, w/w, dalbeattie, and stirling can make things as difficult for yous and sneak a few points. All good for the league. Result today shows u that the top 4 or 5 teams could really hold there own in the top leagues in my opinion. Gap isnt that big.0 -
Hitting form at right time. Was always going to be tight. Only takes a couple of bad results and things change quickly. Some result today. To take 10 off any team at this level is some going. Just hope that us going out the cup today could be blessing in disguise to let us focus on league.

Traveling isn't such a big issue for the Central Belt clubs, so no reason not to want to go up.
Only drawback is having to play the same 9 fixtures, 4 times......boring!
How are u finding the lowland league? Is the change of scenery a good thing?0 -
Bit of a patronising post this one. so all yer other matches haven't been tough ??
I think if you look at our last 9 or 10 results u can see all of our games have been tight. Even after beating vale 9-1 our game against them the following week was tight, won by the 1 goal. Every team in this league are capable of taking point of anyone. Its a tough league.0 -
Just curious as an outsider, are Most EK fans hoping to play in league 2 next season? Many highland league teams don't want that
I would love to see ek go as far as they can up the leagues. That is the clubs view aswell. They have always stated that as there ambition. Why are the highland league team so reluctant to move up? Is it the traveling?0 -
If we had won the replay the run would still be going strong[emoji16] so whats ur point????[emoji51]

Might of known he would start the day after me saying that.

See when you put a coupon on and your team wins on penalites the bet is down, so how is this record standing? The media have made it a bit of a farce.
It a kid on record that the media have jumped on and we are rolling with it[emoji16]

I always think players are best to keep there mouth shut and do there talking on the pitch. These kind of comments have a habbit of coming back and biting you in the arse. That said, reading the article and way he worded it sounds to me like he has been looking for a wee reaction which he seems to have got. As i said tho, would prefer players and staff to let results on the pitch do the talking.
