I quite like the look of Rory, comfortable on the ball and a good outlet to retain possession. Only time I noticed him outside his box was when he had the ball.

I think installing a 4g is a good thing from a money point of view, we have the community foundation walking and full speed football teams that play every week but pay out to BHS/FC, and we also have the Rovers ladies and girls teams who I'm sure would love to be based at Starks Park paying out to others that could be going back into the club.

If we keep Vaughan and he stays injury free and does enough to break into the first team as a regular then I'm sure he can score goals and create flare etc. I suppose opinions vary, I would say Lewis is already a first teamer and has nothing to prove, he was only lacking match sharpness when he was put out on loan. He lived up to his side of the bargain by scoring goals and taking points off other teams, it was The Rovers that ultimately let the side down by not doing enough. We should be building the team around Vaughan, Matthews, Callachan and Court, having them supported by our senior players Bene, Jason, Mango and Bobby Barr. Getting the right Manager in is as important as keeping our young guns together.

For what it's worth I've been told that the role will be offered to Craig but unless he has a change of heart he won't accept it.

I don't think it will be Craig Easton, unless he has a change of mind.
