As soon as yo get in from a run take a bath (yes,this is ironic from a Fifer) with some herbal remedies. Deep heat cream may work for muscles. The more you do the more you improve. Just keep taking steps. Good to hear though.

Started running between Burntisland (where i live) and Aberdour. Usually do 3.4 miles each way (This may be utter bullshit, using google earth to measure distances lol) most days which takes me anything between 15 minutes and 45 secs to 19 minutes. Often how well (or badly) i do is due what has been eaten beforehand. Anyway, gone from 15st 5 to 12st2 since the start of January and running and dietary change has helped me a lot. I've had a lot of problems with my family and things and running is a brilliant way of getting out the house and feeling away from it all.

When you know a tune but don't know the name of it. For the last week i've had Beethoven's "Fur elise" in my head and have only found out today.

Rambo 4 More of a comedy than an action film, no plot whatsoever. Consists of Stallone mumbling a few words to some missionaries, some bald mercenary who thinks hes the mutts nuts and then Stallone generally killing people in the most ridiciulous fashion ever. Highlights including Stallone wasting about 8 guys when the mercenaries were scared to attack them, a claymore which was more like an ICBM and Stallone either chopping off heads or wasting people with a machine gun. 4/10

I am Legend. Ok, would give it a 3/5. Poor CGI for the vampires, also apparently misses out a lot of the plot compared to the book.
