I don’t think the new board has had that many f**k ups this season but I’m thinking they may just be saving them up for the task of laying the plastic pitch in the Summer.

Any more of that pish Martin and we’ll shout for your dad.

The club gives acknowledgment or thanks to no one in my experience. New sponsors come but then go when they get pissed off at how they are treated.

If they attempt to lay the new pitch and undertake the necessary changes around the ground to accommodate it I can see us ending up in a real mess come the start of the new season . And that’s not even thinking about the task of setting up the operation to man it and make it pay.

Who is running the business? Who is there on a daily basis ? We have little chance of making any money with our small time amateur approach.

Lucky it was only 2-1 tonight. Smith as bad as Locke. Same pish week in week out and he can’t sort it.

We would have had a better season had Dick Campbell got the job. Going from bad to worse with Smith.

I’d prefer he use the money to refurbish the railway stand.

I’m sure the smug Alan Young said in the interview on Raith TV at the start of the season that there was a sell on provision for Bates. He’ll be sweating now.

After presiding over the end of matchday hospitality and match sponsors the shoes of the commercial guru that is Tom Morgan shouldn’t be too difficult to fill should he choose to do the decent thing.

Get them all cleared oot.

What are the board doing to raise funds? Can't be many other clubs with no match sponsors or hospitality. Junior clubs even manage that. And forget buying a new strip. Run oot of them too. They are content to limit their involvement to a jolly on matchdays.

Undertaking 'football administration duties and a financial management function as a member of Dundee's Executive Management team" no less. With all that Martin will no get near the family laptop noo.

I can't see Sim doing anything other than tarting up the existing ground. Didn't he undertake to sort out the railway stand when he first appeared on the scene?

Penman, upon his return from abroad, and looking for something to do offered to reinstate the seating and roof in the railway stand and build boxes along the back. All he wanted in exchange was the use of one of the boxes on match days. The wise men of the board, feeling threatened I suspect, weren't interested. Says it all really.
