It's about time that chipper accepts some of the blame in his post match interviews, it is him that picks the starting 11 & the formation, it would be good to hear occasionally that he accepts maybe he got things wrong.

It would be refreshing for a change if rice in his post match interview shouldered some of the blame himself, instead of always laying it on the players, it's never about his team selection or his formation just the players not performing.
