  1. Solid defender, if a bit raw. Will do well next to a seasoned pro playing beside him. I think his poorer moments last season were down to being the senior player in defence so tried to take on too much.
  2. From the looks of things, the Board will have 21 days to announce a date for the egm which should be no more than 28 days of that announcement. So If we go by the 30th April, they have to anounce an egm date by the 21st May (Next thus) and that date can be no later than 18th June.
  3. The questions to be answered to me are more interesting that the loan request. Surely a Glib and Shameless Liar like King will have no objections to providing the transparency they promised the hordes by answering these straight forward and reasonable questions. Can't see how any Sevco fan can object to these questions being asked. Also, the letter is dated 29th Apr. Which means they have had it for about a week and a half at least. (Mike may have sent it second class afterall....)
  4. Don't know if this has already been raised, but I find it weird that the current board encouraged fans not to buy season tickets last summer and now they say they want to reward season ticket holders for their commitment to rangers with free playoff tickets! If I was a boycotter I would be asking questions why I am losing out now to people who didn't support the board in their efforts to get in. But that would require them not to be the total melters that they are lol They are having the utter piss taken out of them by the board but are too stupid to see it!
  5. Fair comment, which is why it is important the board continue to be open and honest. The loss was funded through cash we had from the previous season. That cannot be done again at the same level as the board stated and have indicated the full time squad will be reduced by about 6 players. We currently have 10 full time players under contract for next season. So say those six cost on average £20k each then that is £120k saved, and there was the one off cost this season resolving the pitreavie situation. Which means the club will be going into the coming season working with a small lost of around £50k probably. If we fail to get promoted then I am sure the full time squad will be reduced further. Just in case people don't know, we have a supporters lifeline fund that has 1000 fans in it contributing money monthly. This fund contributes over £15k a month to the club and is the only reason we are able to continue full time in all likelihood.
  6. Think people need to realise that it's not like what it woudl be at a higher level where the greater resources mean that people can bring in their new team and move on the old team. At this level managers are working full time at estate agents and the like. As long as Potter implements what the new gaffer wants then what is the problem? And if Potter does kick up a fuss (which i am convinced he won't) then he can be dismissed for refusing to undertake the duties he is tasked with.
  7. They got another 'bridging' loan from T3B. This takes their debt to £8m. The overheads are clearly crippling them and will prevent any real challenge going forward above a mid table SPL finish. I don't know how they intend to improve their squad while bringing costs down enough at the same time. If they could get 50k at Ibrox each week then they could do it, but as we all know that crowd is reliant on a massively dominant side that expects to win every home game by at least 3 goals. I also think that they are failing to appreciate the increasingly relevent dynamic of the impact that the EPL has on support. Many of Rangers new intake of glory hunters in places like Cowdenbeath or Bo'ness supported Rangers because they were a 'big team', but now they all support the big teams in England, and even now moving onto Real and Barca. Without new batches of glory hunting fans they are gubbed and will have to settle with only having twice as much money as everyone else.
  8. Piss Pot Paul is off to meet Ashley seemingly. Week before pay day? Extra 5m maybe? Would be delightful.
  9. Just switched on the radio and even though Queens are 3 up and in a race for a play off spot, all the commentators are talking about is sevco. Fucking embarrassing how old firm focused the media is.
  10. Will be fun seeing the SFA waving shameless Dave through as a FAPP after the first thing he has done is openly deceive the support by lying about a NOMAD.
  11. Sevco are due Newcastle 500k if they get promoted because of the 5 superstars they got on loan lol. You just can't make this stuff up.
  12. I think it actually says a lot about the mindset of those in charge of Ibrox just now. A winning Sevco with all things going well on the pitch should be enough to pull back the stay away fans so we are told. Which is why trying to get people to commit for the final four home games now gives the impression that the people in charge don't see the run-in going that well.
  13. Don't know if this has been posted, but I get emails from Sevco every now and then after i posed as a prospective investor to get a copy of Charlie's IPO prospectus. I got one yesterday from Sevco trying to get fans to buy 4 game season tickets. Obviously trying to get any fools to make an impulse buy after their random result against Hibs seeing as the 'People' see this one game as a sign that they are the best team in Scotland.
  14. Just seen his post match comments on COWS. If that is the best he can come up with after that, he has to go. Clearly out of his depth.
  15. Potter doesn't know what he is doing. As been mentioned, every team plays with balance apart from us. Yet Potter seems to think it is a player problem. Getting rid of Stirling when we are crying out for width is incomprehensible.
  16. Admin on DotNet are deleting critical threads and carding people who highlight this. Total sham.
  17. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27854157 Missed Chuck, good to see him back on the scene.
  18. Got this through my email (they keep sending me emails ever since i pledged £5000 to the share issue ) Time to get on Twitter lads lol Now that the season is over, this is a good time for me to speak to you directly as part of our ongoing Ready To Listen fan engagement programme. In order to do so I will be answering questions from supporters today in a Twitter Q&A on our official club account. You can tweet your questions directly to me on @RFC_Official using the hashtag #ReadyToListen between 1pm and 2pm. I will answer as many questions from supporters within the hour and look forward to speaking with as many fans as I can. Graham Wallace, Chief Executive Officer.
  19. There are certainly many that do try to act in a normal way, but years of having everything your own way has obviously made it hard to accept some of the crap that has happened and continued to happen to a point where i presume you guys just want it to go away which means you are always late to accepting what is going on. I accept that one of the driving reasons that us diddy fans can see what is going on is because we take enjoyment out of it. The thing that we don't understand is how after all that has happened the default response to any suggestions things may not be rosy is that of denial and name calling. Maybe you lot should start to listen to us more often, you might actually have a decent club to support if you do.
  20. I'm am just going on what sample group that i can take. As a form of entertainment i visit the Rangers forums that dot the internet when something goes down Ibrox way and the majority seem to give Wallace a free pass, although there are some that come across as a voice of reason. But those reasonable ones are drowned out by the two extreme camps of the happy clappers and the everyone out regardless. Now, you may say that i am incorrect in taking a sample of internet opinions on fan forums as these opinions mean nothing. But surely you would see the irony in that?
