This forum is infested with an odious clique who seem to think they have custody of it and have authoritative opinions. Posts by those who are considered outsiders are subjected to hostile scrutiny. I don't give a shit, sometimes it's laughable, other times it's an irritant. I know who most of you are,  bunch of keyboard cowards welcoming each other's approval.

It's satisfying knowing that some of us here are not like you b*****ds.

Telling that Tazz is the only one who agrees with you.

The most frustrating thing at the moment is adherence to guidelines that we all know are fucking nonsense and do zero to stop the spread of the virus. Frustrating though it is there are capacity limits I can almost get them. Daft one way systems and the likes? Absolutely tripe.

Unfortunately, they're in the Government handbook and if we don't do them we'll get in a lot of trouble if we're Lee Wallace'd.

What's madness is we don't know if there's anything < level 0 yet (or at least I don't); who knows how long it'll be capped at 2k for.

    Raith Rovers:

    Daniel Armstrong

Iain Davidson (believed to be leaving)

    Manny Duku

Regan Hendry (believed to have been offered a new contract)

    David McGurn (confirmed leaving)

    Nando Mendy

Frankie Musonda (believed to have been offered a contract, undergoing "minor" knee surgery)

    Jack Smith

    Brad Spencer

    Gozie Ugwu

Spencer has also been offered a new contract according to the Sim interview.

If we can get Macdonald back into the starting XI, that would be a huge boost. Hopefully Musonda is at least fit enough to make the bench, although if he's fit enough I'd start him. Really don't want to be going into this game with Armstrong at LB.

It is a shame that Vaughan and Matthews both miss out. Hopefully we'll get them back for some game time against Hearts before the playoffs.

If we secure second place I wouldn't bother rushing either back for what would be a meaningless game.

I can only surmise that he is maybe referring to Davidson grabbing Welsh by the throat as one but I've no idea about the other.

Not sure what Todorov has done that constitutes excessive misconduct and as you say it's a bit odd this coming up four weeks after the game. Very strange all round.

Assuming the initial challenge was the first one? Didn't look a yellow to me, let alone a red.

    Was having a think about this also, post news of LV signing on. Correct me if I’m wrong, but this is who we have lined up for next season;

    Goalies
    J MacDonald
    Robbie Thomson
    Kyle Bow (apprentice)

    Defenders
    LB -
    K MacDonald

    CB -
    Kyle Bene
    Dave McKay
    Tom Laing (pre-contract)
    Christoph Berra (pre-contract)

    RB -
    Reghan Tumilty

    Midfielders
    Centre Mid -
    Ross Matthews
    Dylan Tait
    Quin Coulson (apprentice)
    Aaron Arnott (apprentice)

    Wingers/10 -
    Dario Zanatta (pre contract)

    #10 -
    Lewis Vaughan
    James Keatings (pre contract)

    Strikers -
    Luke Mahady (apprentice)

Of those who are out of contract this summer, I’d really like us to keep; Hendry (obviously, but I think he may move on, unfortunately), Spencer (I think he’ll stay if offered a new deal), Mosunda (same boat as Hendry), and Armstrong (I think he’ll stay if offered a new deal).

Do we know for certain MacDonald is going full time next season?

Raith TV was a wee bit slow to load...signing in 30+ minutes early helps.

Good to see Frankie playing, slightly concerned about Duku and his bloody knee and wondering how Ross is feeling after those muggings. I guess we didn’t really have anyone by Vaughan to play for Duku, and didn’t want to risk Vaughan.

The guys manged to sort it for me, so only missed the first 15 minutes or so :) Was a good game.

This weeks Rovers Review saying that we'll be looking at the loan market once the season starts. Also says that we're focusing on getting the south and north stands improved and that railway stand development is on the back burner.

Focusing on the North Stand seems a strange one, I would have assumed that would have been the least of our concerns stadium wise.

It’s definitely something that they need to look at, we’re into September and have no home shirts and fast running out of away shirts, the first game is not far away. All hats and scarfs sold out and even the face mask. There’s no mention from the club on any future stock expected dates, no info on new ranges like the training gear, I assume the new supplier will bring in other items too.

At the moment the club needs to maximise all its revenue streams, yes many fans gave donations to aid the club at a difficult time but even more fans will buy merchandise as it helps the club and they get something to show for their cash, it’s an easier sell to your other half you’ve bought a few items than you’ve chucked money down a black hole as like all fans have a loyalty to the club not like other businesses. I appreciate we’ve changed suppliers but the season normally starts in July and we’re 2 months past that and the first game isn’t far away.

I don’t know who is responsible for running the shop but we’re seriously losing income if we’ve nothing to sell and zero information about future stock.

I hope they get the training kits on sale, they looked decent. I don't normally buy a jersey unless they're on sale, but I'd be pretty keen to chuck £15-20 on a training kit. Folks are very willing to support Raith; the club needs to stop making things so hard for themselves.

I dislike him mainly because of his attitude in many games, looks like he cant be arsed then gets sent off for stupid tackles, mouthing off and the game down at Alloa a few seasons ago summed him up.

I don't think I'd want to see a Davo who didn't play on the edge, that's part of the appeal; I agree his attitude at times can be questionable but it's clear he cares for the club and will do what he can to try and win. Folk need to start giving Davo the respect he deserves. You don't play nearly 500 games for the club without being good; as far as I can remember, every manager has started him when fit/not suspended, so they obviously see something you don't.

No sympathy, you chose not to vote for reconstruction knowing full well Hearts and Partick would go to court. Raith were only interested in Raith with no consideration for Falkirk or other clubs that missed out on promotion. Self interest at its best.

Are you suggesting we should allow Hearts to blackmail the league? This argument of 'you should have just voted for reconstruction cause you knew this would happen' is ludicrous.
