  1. Couldn’t give a f**k what kit we’re wearing or not wearing cause at the moment there’s no c**t to wear the kit, be it shite or not shite.
  2. Honestly cannot believe it was us that didn’t offer him a deal? Who the actual f**k are a club like Ross County going to bring in at right back that will do a job as well as Jason Naismith. He wasn’t even playing his best football for us and he was still our best defender, fucking shambles.
  3. Course it isn’t, but it seems to be the way the club are seeing it at this moment in time.
  4. As much as I personally agree, Vigurs has been slaughtered by County fans all season so it baffles me why everyone’s know gutted he’s gone. Both club legends but the time was right to move them on, despite the manner it being done in being poor.
  5. Going off Wright’s interview post Dundee last night he sounds certain to be staying at Killie. Don’t think McInnes would come here, reckon he’ll go to United or back down south. I’d love Stephen Robinson but I’m not sure he’d relocate and he’d also probably prefer the United gig. Sad to say but I think you’re right with Cowie. It’s the cheap and easy option and Roy knows he’ll just be another yes man.
  6. I believe everybody deserves a second chance though. Racism is disgusting and I am in no way advocating it. Having seen the messages he sent which I hadn’t seen previously I actually completely agree and he doesn’t deserve a chance because they are vile. I was just taking what a mate had said who also hadn’t done his back log on the story. Apologies all.
  7. Going to make a wild assumption and say you’re Scottish. He’s currently employed by the SFA so assuming you’re not happy with that. I’d take a manager who was sexist (not racist, by the way) 7 years ago and has had counselling session since with English Championship winning experience over an Under 20s coach in Cowie. Was just so safe unfortunately. Obviously you’d rather he kept the ball than gave it away but in the position he plays you need to try that killer ball and he just didn’t have that pass in him. Rangers fans that think he’s going to come back and get a chance with them will be surprised.
  8. Bookies favourite is Neil McCann but it won’t be him. Malky Mackay is next, then Don Cowie. Malky Mackay would be an excellent appointment imo.
  9. Intrigued by this. Seems Neil Mccann at Caley esque to the point where if he’s not on the shortlist he obviously doesn’t want it. Will believe it when I see it though because I don’t understand why you would want to leave a safe job when you don’t know if anything else will come your way.
  10. He’s a CEO, which I don’t think really has much to do with recruitment. But his contacts could be, and will be, useful.
  11. I think we should get in a DOF to work alongside Fergie and they can identify the players to bring in. Yogi can tell them what type of player he wants and they go find it. I do not see a problem with that at all.
  12. Everyone has differing opinions on who should or shouldn’t be in the dugout next season and is completely entitled to have that. One thing that we can all agree on is that we’re delighted to stay in the league. I’m away down Dingwall High Street to pish everywhere and fight everyone, who’s with me for some “celebrating”?
  13. The players like him and want to play under him. Does that not say it all?
  14. In December, I would’ve presumed any manager that came in replacing Kettlewell and kept us out of the bottom two would’ve been classed as a good choice by the board. Yogi has done that, and therefore deserves a chance at keeping some stability next season.
  15. We’ve effectively got three options. Keeping Hughes, getting someone new or a promotion. Roy clearly doesn’t have a great track record recently with managers, there’s not a plethora within the club of coaches to promote - so in my eyes the best option is to keep Hughes, whether he’s the best available or not.
  16. He was one of the main reasons of your clubs most successful period, playing football the “right way”. Is that not first-hand proof that it’s not a myth?
  17. I think it speaks volumes about how much he’s adapted as a manager though. Everyone’s expected him to come in and have the team popping the ball around. Instead he’s been direct to big Jordan White and got everybody playing off him. Not attractive but certainly effective. Ultimately he’s got the results that will, hopefully now, keep us up.
  18. I’ve had a think about it today and whilst County haven’t been pleasing on the eye and, overall, enjoyable to be a fan of this season, I think Hughes deserves another go at it next season. For far too long we’ve chopped and changed managers and, ultimately, it’s not worked. With the majority of the squad out of a deal this season, it’s an opportunity for Hughes to use his contacts, which will be large no doubt, and bring in some of his own players. When you look at his recruitment, we’ve brought in White, Hjelde, Maouche and Andreu in Hughes’ time. White has worked like a dog since he’s come in, done very well in a lone striker role and chipped in with a few vital goals, namely Utd away and Celtic. Hjelde has been a very solid find, and I reckon he’ll return on loan next season as I don’t think he’s quite ready for Celtic first team yet. Maouche and Andreu haven’t been successes it’s fair to say, but I think Hughes probably has more of an understanding of the squad now to the point where (hopefully) he wouldn’t spend the majority of his budget on creative midfielders. Put it this way. I understand we aren’t safe yet, and touch wood we get at least a point at Motherwell on Sunday. But if you’d have asked me in December when Kettlewell was sacked if I would’ve kept Hughes for next season if he keeps us up, I probably would’ve said yes. He’s also unearthed Spittal again who could be a big player for us next season. I’ve not been his biggest fan throughout the season but he’s starting to get a tune out of a few of the squad and maybe a full pre-season and a new look squad may be a good shout. May be an unpopular opinion but just my personal view.
  19. How about an 8-8 draw with Devante Cole scoring them all so that he can be league top goal scorer barring Edourard doesn’t get another? We can make it 9-9 just to be safe.
  20. Let me think in the eyes of a Motherwell fan. You probably don’t give much of a f**k about the game, nor about Ross County as a club. But you hate Kyle Lafferty. You hate Alan Power. And you love the Mallard. And the piss-up to Dingwall. You just really want Killie down. Give us a point eh.
