And a as a said above he does look a good shot stopper, but you can make 5 good saves in game it doesn't matter how many you make. if you throw one in every other game your getting beat or dropping 2 points

The other teams have keepers that don't throw one in every week.... am not disputing it came off the defender but as any keeper worth there salt catches anything in the 6 yard box, goodfellow should be reading the game and telling the defender it's his ball, it's a regular occurrence with him a goalkeeper that can't command his 6 yard area is Sunday league. Scouts are watching that there's a reason it's happening every week ?

The guy looks terrified every time a high ball comes in his area, surely if u don't have the confidence to catch, you punch ? You certainly don't just stand on your line and hope your defenders deal with it. Goalies have a good advantage on everybody you can use your arms above your head and if anybody goes near you it's a foul.

Both hursts are better leaving in my opinion Greg looks the better of the 2 but even then he's anonymous for 80mins most weeks, but he's definitely not alone in that sense. The most basic, one dimensional team a have ever seen at bayview. A have never seen so many basic players play in one team. The lack of creativity is frighting. TBH a think youngs squad have over achieved so far this season mostly due to poor opposition, not us playing well. We're now starting to unravel as the opposition find there feet.

As for smith he's a cracking player but let's be honest you would be lucky if him and duggan got us 35 between them over 2 seasons, never mind 35 each per season. Surely the board should take action now before its 2 late, there's not even a glimmer of hope that team is gonna be able to gel and perform at any level, the imbalance of quality throughout the squad is absolutely shocking, the amount of defensive players we have, to our 1 or 2 attacking options who are missing in action at the moment. A can't remember an east fife team ever looking so disjointed and uninterested. Darren young looks like he's in permanent pain on the sidelines, he's tactically so out his depth it's unreal. 11 men back at corners with no outlet ball...... where the hell did he learn that from ??? The club have made a huge mistake hiring him now it's time to eat humble pie and get someone in to try and keep us up before it's 2 late and we're bottom and relegated. even the games we have picked up points this year we have been absolutely dire.

Agreed pat boys a quality shot stopper, but there's 1000s of them playing amateur every week, dosnt make you a good keeper cause you can shot stop. He an absolute embarrassment, his handling is poor, young Dylan Rooney we had at 16 could kick further than him, a wouldn't like to see him at 0-0 with 20 mins to play backs against the wall.
