  1. Is this the right place to say that Piers Morgan should be permanently censored?

His constant arselickning of Mark Regev and that c**t Douglas Murray is an affront to any objective analysis of what is being perpetrated by the Israelis in Gaza.

His 'performances' on. Monday and Tuesday night are worthy of further investigation. Ask for Douglas Murray, he exposes himself as a bigot who has no credibility in front of the public as an objective observer.

    Objective analysis?

    My arse.

Totally loving the trash input.  At no point has anyone refuted my one and only observation.  Pay attention,  I believe Aberdeen raise their game, try harder, make more tackles,  go the extra yards,  celebrate blocks, all of which is to be commended.

    Why just against Rangers  ?

Because you c***s deserve it and then some.

2660 tickets for Georgia, pickup and £7 tickets with a £3 handling fee to pay for them to go over there because our membership fees don't cover that it seems.

A 43% 'handling fee' for a £7 ticket??? Ticketmaster will be overjoyed at the SFA making them look like paragons of virtue in comparison.

    £3 x 2660 (assuming a sell-out) = £7980.

    Let that figure sink in.

If ATAC are reading, please raise the imposition of these additional charges for ticket pick-up at your next meeting with the SFA. Let it be known that it's not acceptable to fleece the membership with additional charges under the pretext of 'operational costs' for a service that has already been paid for through the membership fee.  Operational costs should be borne by the organisation and not the customers/membership.

See personally, I would say on first spells alone I’d put Walter Smith above McLeish, but McLeish’s second spell moves him up because of that nations league group win. Without that group win we never qualify for the euros and he deserves his share of the credit for it. He was rightly sacked after losing to Kazakhstan though.

In fact, he was only sacked after a tepid 2-0 win v San Marino.

Is it something The Thistle Archive keep a tally of ?

Competitive fixtures including League Cup to date:

    P 29 W 16 D 9 L 4

Including the loss on penalties to Falkirk as a single point and the win at Peterhead as two points, that makes 57 points from 29 games = 1.97 points per game (rounded to two decimal points).

It's resulted in mass debate and former ref Conroy tells that Robertson should have trusted his gut as VAR was put in his critical sights. He explained: “I don’t see where the foul is. Don was right with his first instinct, and it shouldn’t have been overturned. As we have said before, not all contact is a foul.

“This was not a clear and obvious error - a disputed situation yes, but no clear and obvious error – and that’s the criteria for asking a ref to look at an incident on the monitor. So, it’s a double whammy. Alan Muir should not have called for Don to look at it again and subsequently Don should not have overturned his original decision

It was a foul - albeit a soft one which was correctly pointed out as such by VAR.

Irrespective of whom you support, you would expect an official to see the foul in real time and call it in your team's favour. VAR shouldn't have been disturbed for that incident.

Conroy's comments do nothing other than place further scrutiny on the reliability of referees' decisions in the first place.

I know I've been told before the reason for this was a private equity takeover, but Morrisons beer prices in particular have went nucking futs

Over the last weekend, tyskie went up from £1.50 a bottle to £2.25. Erdinger is now up from £2.25 to £2.75 (and was less than £2 a few months ago). Same with all other bottles of beer up 50p at least - it's not the euro, it's not beer duty, it's not minimum pricing...

Furstenberg bottles in Morrisons were £1.75 until Easter, and thereafter £2.00. As of last week £2.25.

A near 30% increase in less than 4 months would confirm your theory of price gouging by the new administration.

Colour me shocked that when the biggest village idiot in Texas gets called out for talking shite YET AGAIN, it reverts to the classic 'it's actually happening over here in the US, up at my gran's bit honest'.

A complete and utter fantasist. 🤡

Yet another needless ad hominem attack from you to a fellow poster where you underline your unrivalled qualities as a complete and utter fanny.

We were linked with Mulgrew at this time last season, or am I making that up?

It's a stretch to say he was responsible for the DABs going down last season.

Any manager that let's a bit part player ruin their authority needs binned.

Not saying it is CM, but if such a poisonous individual, hardly likely he'd have achieved what he has, in his career.

While I have some sympathy with this view, I don't want CM anywhere near Firhill.

37 year olds buy-ins are not the future of Partick Thistle FC. Seems to me that Doolan is playing a canny game and adding to his 'assets' very carefully. This is in stark contrast to Archie who seemed to wait until two days before the window shut before panicking and signing less than stellar 'assets' (Milan Nitriansky, Dumbuya, et al).

Will never forgive Archie for wasting Stevie Lawless by playing him at LWB almost all of 17-18 season because he hadn't signed left sided defensive cover. Taking Stevie Lawless out of midfield that season cost us majorly.

Not to mention persisting with Ryan Edwards and Adam Barton as a defensive 2 in a 4-2-3-1. That was laughable.

  10. The Who were born excellent.

Pete and Roger are two who have given so much to music and charity this century but have received nothing in return.

And that's before you consider what they achieved musically with John and Keith last century.

    A most underappreciated band.

  11. Hadn't a clue these mutants were 'walking' today.

Kudos to the bar manager in the hostelry I was in this afternoon (Dumbarton Road) who locked the front door and turned up the music as they came past.

Never ever thought the Smiths could be enjoyable - however they certainly were today.

  12. Pinball Wizard, Philadelphia Freedom and Someone Saved My Life Tonight were top tier.

Bitch its Back, Bennie and the Jets, and Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me were above decent.

    The rest was disposable.

Anyway, back to listening to John McLaughlin and Shakti.

I would have defo changed to a back 4, pushed up McGann and brought on Armstrong and not brought on Shankland/Nisbet. I might have also brought on Patterson for Hickey.

Shame on me for leaving McLean on the bench.

You wouldn't have been able to.

Patterson and Souttar didn't travel as they weren't in the 23.

  14. Outside a Glasgow Hostelry at the foot of Church St tonight, the missus and I were joined at the next table by three lads down from Aberdeen for the Wu Tang Clan concert at the Hydro.

The lads were 'oiled' but fine with it, then one asked were we local - Celtic or Rangers?

I said 'there are five teams in Glasgow'

He said -'Must be St.Mirren then'

I see one of the benefits of SSC membership is you can contribute towards hollowing out Scottish football and building the Barclays brand in Scotland by buying Man Utd tickets.

This is a brand new low for SSC marketing to the membership.

Would be far more appropriate for them to channel their efforts into securing bigger allocations for our away games rather than spamming us with this total irrelevance.
