Has the new signing been named yet! Likely be another young lad ,maybe played at higher level needing some game time ,still say sorting out that defence is manager priority ,I would like a big striker but got funny feeling it will be a big defender .

You would have thought we would have heard a rumour if we had been looking at a player in Scotland ,kept pretty secret maybe no from Scotland then ,

Defender I would think , don’t think manager liked what he saw in our last game .

Murray does like a defence minded player ,it seems to be his priority to get a good defence , going by sat game I think he will bring in another defender and let the scoring take care of itself .

If the manager keeps playing players out of position there’s is only one way we will go ,I personally have not and could not watch any other team ,regardless what level they play at,just got to give the manager this season to prove his worth ,,

MacIntosh although not a out and out striker would have scored a good few with the service our better players would provide .

Callum Smith not a signing to fill you full of confidence,we have players that can run about and have a good work rate ? It’s a goal scorer we are crying out for , keep hold of Edwards he will get you as many goals as Smith ,

Is it Conroy in disguise .

If Airdrie play the way they did in the first half we won't need to fear anyone in our league .I think goals will come from throughout the team so when we add a out and out striker we will score a barrow load ,have to go I hear the nurse coming .

That's the type of player we are after .

We are famed for playing players out of position,we done it most of last season now first competitive game and our manager does it again ,it make no wonder player seem to be playing well then they come to us and are like different players not showing any past form .

A lot of us thought Scot Stewart was pretty bad had some poor games ,Arbroath think he is outstanding .funny game football.like a lot of games the better players are always watching .

Agree with this ,won't matter how well we defend if we don't score goals ,first half on Tuesday was crying out for a goal striker ,I looks like the players will put in the work rate ,so come on Mr Murray a striker is needed .

Noticed Glass playing for United v east fife ,it was said they played a lot of the young lads ,maybe a chance getting him back ,bit greedy but good clever player would be hard to bring in someone as good unless as mentioned on loan ,I would have him back ,any thoughts on him !
