The performance was really poor. A couple of decent goals. Good ball forward from midfield and billy took really well. And the 2nd was a good finish. Defensively we were all over the place. Finnie was the the best, Little and Foy were all over the place. Someone has to change the mentality of our players. Foy never passes the ball he just punts it forward and very rarely to any of our players. Little is low on confidence. Jamieson is defo our best defender. I think we need a couple of defenders this month. The amount of times we had a free midfielder when defenders had ball was ridiculous and finnie was only one willing to pass. Great seeing Billy get a game he gives a 100% every time. He had loads of space and used it well. Will be interesting to see what Ray does how he sets up and what style of football we play. We have some good footballers in the squad who need to be coached properly.

Good Luck to our new manager. Let's see what he brings. He needs to rebuild his reputation. Don't think he will jump ship so quickly after the Falkirk debacle. Will be interesting to see if we sign players in January. Are we paying our players from January?

I do not understand were we are going under Roberts. He does not seem to know how to get the best out of a team. Where was Gibson, Block and Thomson today. Gibby might not be the fastest but is a good defender. Block has not played well for a few weeks but thought he done well against Cove, but he was not even in the squad. Thomson our best young player for a few years does not get into match squad but plays in a Glasgow Cup tie. He does not seem to have the bottle to drop Joff or Galty when they have been playing poorly for weeks. It's easier to drop the younger boys sign of a weak manager if you ask me. Is it time to have a change. In my opinion yes. His record is poor. We have given him the chance to build his own squad which at the start of the season look if some good players had been brought on board. But league 2 is a battle as Gus taught us. We need some battlers in there. We have none. We are too soft even the big lads in defence. The players he has brought in. Muir - Good solid keeper for L2 Finnie - Good solid defender Jamieson - Good defender poor passer Little - Far too many mistakes Summers - Good player Clark - not a defender far better at left handside Gibson - Solid defender at this level. Should be playing Foy - Solid defender overcoming horrendous injuries Galt-Great player but not playing well. Joffrey- Need to use him better. Good player seems to running on empty. Block - Does not look interested Good player when on it. McGrory - Can't get a run. Tidy player. Thomson - Real talent. Why not featuring? I think a change at the top and bring someone with experience in we cannot take the risk of the drop down to lowland league. All the other teams seem to be picking up results now.

What was Mark thinking going with the same team as against Stirling. We were terrible against them as well. I don't get the Cammy Clark in at the back think Gibby would be a lot better in there. Finnie looks like a good addition to a problem position for us. Tommy was a lot better yesterday. No need for him and Luke in there. Play Calvin or Reagan in beside Tommy. Sal was winning lots of headers but pointless because no one was anywhere near him. Get the ball on the deck play it to feet that the style of players we have. Cove kept the ball on the ground. I thought Cammy Foy defended well but what about they crossfield passes. Finnie looked okay. Just think he some games to get up to speed. We had 2 many players off it yesterday. What has Reagan done not to be in the squad?

But we would lose that altogether if we ever got relegated.

Fair play to Mark. I am the first to moan. But he deserves praise for the last couple of performances. We are scoring goals and look more of a threat going forward. Just watched the highlights as was working all weekend. Did not see that performance coming at all. Mark made some calls but they seemed to work for him this week. The players looked really up for it. I can only comment on the highlights but Galt, McGrory and Joffrey looked as if they played well. Did we play the 3 of them further forward as the always seemed to be in or around Stenny box. Right decision to drop Gibby in my opinion. The ball seemed to be in the ground more in the highlights and we were driving forward. Good to see the squad positive in their play and Galty back to his best. It's time for Roberts to go in my opinion. He is not a manager in my view. As people have said Gus knew how to manage a team. Unfortunately Marks squad does not have any depth to it and to many lightweight players for league 2 who are getting brushed aside by street wise league 2 teams. His record is awful since being appointed full time manager. I agree to many of our players are not playing well but that's all we have just now. To me we need a new goalkeeper, a proper right back, we have 4 centre half's to choose from and 2 left backs. I also believe Gibby is past his best and I hate to say that. Midfield we have 5 Centre midfielders Block, McGrory, Thomson, Main and Lindoren. All very young and good footballers but Mark does not know his best combination. Will Thomson stick about after December wee don't know. Out wide we have Galt, Purdue and Alfie. Galt is the only one with any impact for our side. I'm sorry but Alfie doesn't do it for me. He has to dump all these stupid touches and use his pace to beat players more. Upfront is were Mark has let himself down incredibly. Moore works very hard but is not a goalscorer. What's the point in Sal winning all the high balls with nobody there to take advantage. We should have at least another 2 forwards so we can change our game. We will have to bring them in ASAP. So many league 2 games are what gus used to call percentage football. Punting the ball forward and you have a 50% chance of winning the next ball. This game is common in our league but our squad is not good at that. It tells when our best games of the season have been against higher level teams. I like the idea of Stevie Aitken an experienced manager coming in.

I don't think we will get anything for him even if we go professional. He signed his contract prior to this. Plus will the change to professional kick in immediately or is the plan for the start of next season. Fantastic achievement for him and our club.

Since Mark took permanent charge his record is: 9 wins ,15 draws ,18 lost in all competitions. I feel the next 3 or 4 weeks will determine if the club stick with Mark. With the move from Hampden the club may feel they have to act to avoid being dragged down into a relegation batle with all the change happening at our club. I like the fact that he seen it need to be change on Saturday. Cant legislate for another Willie error. After seeing the game yesterday and watching the highlights today we played quite well and a lot of chances. Unfortunately our strikers are not out and out goalscorers. We need another striker to be able to mix things up. I know we signed Alfie as a striker but he is better out wide and is better as an impact sub. I dont know how Joffrey got MOTM. Why was Reagan left out? Galty has to stay on his feet more and stop shooting just for the sake of it. Start passing and continue your runs. After watching him against thistle I thought he would have been at least on the bench for that bit of creativity later in the game. He was not a happy yesterday. Switching the full backs every other week and dropping our captain will not be doing much for team morale.

Saturday will be a battle against an always stubborn Annan side. The players will need to be up for it on Saturday. Get the ball down and play football. We do not have the type of players to play lump and chase football. Start with a high tempo and bring some confidence back with an early goal. We need a performance desperately to get the season going again. I want to look down on teams not get dragged into a horrible relegation fight.

Hearing players wanting to change the formation to 4 at the back. Feel the 3 does not suit with players at the club. I personally would bring Reagan in on Saturday. I was impressed with him against higher caliber of players against Thistle. Plays on front foot. Still believe the 4231 or 442 would suit us better. What's the thoughts?

Mark was watching the Glasgow cup game against Thistle last night. To me Reagan, Calvin played well. Really disappointed with the performance of Jack and Alfie. James does some fantastic things in games but defending is not one of the. Ciaran was very steady after a few weeks out. The rest are nowhere near first team yet. Annan always a very physical side it will be interesting how we set up this week. Not expecting many changes from lasr week to be honest.

Was impressed with young Reagan last night. Ifeelhe has to have a free role to flourish in our first team. We have been playing him too deep in my opinion. Last night he played that way with Calvin and Luke behind him. Good to see Calvin get a full game under his belt. Reagan is a far better player than brown and brown had a terrible attitude even at Motherwell that's why he is back in league 2. Hearing Sunderland and Newcastle interested in Reagan as well. Its all about making the right choice.

We are playing Partick Thistle in Glasgow Cup game on Tuesday night at Firhill if anyone is interested.

How was the game today. How did we line up. Any positives to take? Hearing players it happy with way team is being lined up.

I did not drop David in my selection. All we are doing is putting forward how we see the team we would like Mark to play. Galty is the same as everyone else lately struggling for form. As I said previous Reagan is a good player but only 16 and not someone who is going to pull us out of this run. Playing him in his natural position would benefit him.

Do people actually think Joffrey is a holding midfielder? Young Reagan is a number 10 all day long in my book. Can see a pass and has a good shot. Get a couple in behing him and let him playand develop. If he is playing centre midfield he will get bullied out of it in our league.
