So I was lucky enough to miss this game due to family commitments. First things first, well done Kings. You certainly showed us up, taking your chances and pouncing on our many errors. Think many of us (me included ) were expecting an easy 5 points for us. Boy were we wrong! Reading some of the comments on here and FB it sounds like some players have played their way out of the shirt and the team. Peterson and Horne coming up quite a lot. Hopefully this will put to bed having Horne as our back up 10. We need a specialist 10 to cover for when Hastings is rotated/benching. Positive to take is once Hastings, Price and Gibbons came on, we went on and scored 4 tries in 20 mins. If we had another 5 or 10 mins we maybe (MAYBE) could of went on to win that. Think that’s the only positive I can make at the moment. Don’t think I want to watch this. Perhaps I’ll have a few drinks first. Had a wee look at the Munsterfans forum. They really hate the Scotstoun crowd compared the blooos fans to Glasgow with the booing. Classy lot there Blooos were brilliant tonight. Did the full 80 what we did to them rather than just 40 and that was near enough a full strength Munster side. HCCup is going to be tasty.

Reckon you may be right. Don't think the SRU will be willing to offer him a contract, however Toonie still wants him to play for Scotland. A "til the end of the season" contract with Glasgow would see him still play games, maintaining match fitness, be in for a shout with Scotland whilst bolstering our back-row. Imagine a back-row of Hardie, Gibbons and Wilson. We've seen how effective having two 7s on the pitch can be with Scotland. Would love to see him play at Glasgow.

He's got a lower leg fracture in the ankle area, which may see him out for months rather than weeks.

Zander has had successfull surgery on his ankle and will return home along with Stuart Hogg, whose ankle hasn’t gotten any better so he’s also coming home to be re assessed by specialists back home. Hopefully it’s not too serious for him and he’s good for the Euros. Munster seems to be our “Derby” team. Always enjoy the matches we play against them. High intensity throughout.

Saw an interesting tweet by Jaime Lyall. Turns out Grigg was in the right and the Ref apologised to him after the game, according to Rennie. If that was true imagine if we lost the game now. Thought at the time he was harshly penalised. On his feet and legal, when Davies shouted at him to Release. Davies has never really liked us and were pretty much guaranteed a sin binning from him. On Premier Sports, it was mentioned to them that the commentary was poor and very biased. They replied quite quickly stating that the commentators and cameras were Eir Ireland's rather than their own. They have said they'll look into it and see about getting their own commentators to cover it in future.

Pretty much this. There’s huge potential for it in the Glasgow area. Glasgow Warriors selling out all home games last 2 seasons shows there’s people wanting to watch Rugby in Glasgow. Granted stadium is limited to 7351 in regular season but can go up to 10000 for big games. The only SPFL teams that have a bigger attendance are the OF, Hearts, Hibs & Aberdeen. Not bad for a Club that once only had 300 people turn up to watch a decade or so ago.

Wouldn’t it be better to play in the Nations Cup than just play friendlies? At least get the team playing for something rather than just kicking a ball round the park.

I can agree with you that with how they played Edinburgh didn’t deserve to win it, but thought it should of been a penalty or at least a look at to see how that maul went down the way it did.

Edinburgh just got Laceyed. Should of been a penalty I thought.
