  1. Listen Bells experience was what he was there for, some player in his day, when we got him He was heading towards the end of his career and he steered the team through some great results Not to be undervalued by some of these comments. I think we still need one Centre back hopefully from the premier league in January who are finishing up, just hope we can minimise the type of days on Saturday and keep in touch of the top four until then. After seeing the highlights just unbelievable and the look of shock on Kerrs face during the after match interview, I’ll bet the guy didn’t sleep much over the weekend. It could def be a 5-4 or something again this week I’m not sure which way but hopefully to the honest men.
  2. People on here have been justifying Muirhead at right back cover when he’s clearly not and is a bomb waiting to go off and surely now Kerr will realise Why have I given him a two year contract because there’s more of that to come. When we signed him Falkirk fans were clear he’s a nutter and don’t ever play him at right back, if weve only got youngsters to cover then so be it but stop playing Muirhead in positions he can’t play, and get him in to centre back and Roscoe to the bench where he should be. When You look at the bench yesterday Kerr clearly hasn’t Got any depth and we've clearly signed players who are made of glass and will be nothing but a problem.
  3. Not for the first time I’ve said Muirhead canny play right back centre back or nothing and only average at that, not surprised how shite we are at the back going by previous games, and Roscoe don’t start me. We’ll need to score three in games to get a draw with that defence.
  4. On the highlights draw was about right although we were fortunate in the first half, the quicker Muirhead gets to centre back the better Roscoe just won’t do and Muirhead I’ll say again is not a full back. Big centre took his goal well and looks quite mobile for a big lad think weve found one there.
  5. No problem with the signing Kerrs done really well to get some of the players in and with no fans to get on his back he should do fine, my worry is what’s going on at the back as I’m not convinced with what we’ve got, you need to get clean sheets in this league and I’m not convinced with what we’ve got. In my view that was where we were light, just waiting on Houston adding to the long term injured and Muirhead as a full back won’t do even for cover just ask the Falkirk fans, he’s a centre back nothing else.
  6. Guy with the big voice was a wee heavy guy who sat in the stand, don’t think he comes as much now, what a booming voice. the other serial player abuser was definitely George he and another guy handed out some abuse to players nd managers over the years, last I heard they were both hounded out to the Somerset road end because of this by the fans in the enclosure. I don’t think either still go to the game no loss.
  7. The two Rabs were good honest lads doing there best to get a team with a very poor budget, one story which one of them talks about signing A young Robert Snodgrass Who wanted another 50 quid a week to sign and the board rejected it and he went elsewhere, that summed up the ambition at that time.
  8. No problems with stream and it’s an 8 out 10 points .deduction just down to the reporter who likes to keep us on our toes let’s say, the young lady excellent and half time chats again excellent the boy McGinns a natural, please swap with Callum, but as I’ve said before that’s not gonna happen as it’s his baby.
  9. As requested I watched on my I pad and had very few problems Wee freeze here and there but not worth complaining about. i agree with some of the posters Callum gave me a few frights with his overexcitment at Nothing at times and I couldn’t watch this regularly, the lady was a lot better i did log on about 7pm and just waited till up live would agree they need to fill the blank with something about 15 minutes before kick off. overall it was a 7 out of 10 for me

  11. Saw Zanatta for the first time last year at Thistle away he was brilliant even when they went down to 9 men, he was causing all sorts of problems and totally exhausted when they took him off and boy was I glad, I was very happy when we signed him. He’s a player who has real ability and pace that’s his big asset and several managers have tried to get the best of him, time will tell if Mark can. I can’t agree with people on here who are seeing signs of Gary Harkins in him, Harkins had a brilliant first touch and that’s what beats the boy if he had that he wouldn’t be at Ayr. If we can get the best position for him he’ll be brilliant but quite a few have tried I’m convinced though his only position is wide running at people
  12. On the stream first of all mines was quite good froze a few times but definitely watchable and worth the tenner. on the commentating I’ll be going to mute no impressed, although I enjoyed the half time talk and the guy mcginn who would be a good shout for the commentator, won’t happen though as it’s the boy Callum’s baby. On the performance really ordinary , got the result if they had a striker we would have been embarrassed , very concerning that they looked quicker to the ball all over the park And a lot fitter than us. Boy Fleming (22) there best player would do us so that’s one you’ve missed there Mick came through the Stmirren set up so he should have known about him.
  13. I watched and the boy had a job to do unspectacular but done his job, best player on view was Hornby and as I thought was advised by wattoo he’s way out our range pity he’s not even getting-on the bench at the French club he’s definitely worth a punt if you’ve got some spare money, I’d promote him to the big squad but they won’t because he’s not playing first team football.
  14. The boy Fraser Hornby Scotland under 21 would be exactly what we need to finish our signings big strong strikerworth a shout , at Rennes in France but nowhere near the first team, whether we could afford him don’t know.
  15. See one of our old player might be against us tonight, Paul Cairney has made a comeback after two years out. Really liked him and was surprised it didn’t work out for him. Boy had fitness issues so got god knows what kind of shape he’ll be in but definitely good football brain, best of luck to the boy.
  16. Yeah he’s injured but Robbo has confirmed today that rumour was rubbish, good enough for me, real pity we couldn’t get Drinnan who would have been my first choice as I think with his early confidence down south he would have kicked on this season.
  17. So much for Kane coming stjohnstone manager talking the boy Kane up live on tv today.
  18. Looks like it’s a back three this season, lost count of the chances thistle had so we’ll need a lot of work on that system. not at the races last fifteen and fortunate to hold them trialist missed a sitter then gave the ball away 5/6 times straight after not holding the ball to let us get up the park only so so for me Moffat done well kept the ball missed him when he went off Docherty looked good for them as did Oware, Brannigan, and the boy Murray overall a good workout but lot of work to do
  19. Based on those highlights ( the second goal oh dear) and I know it’s early doors but we look like a team of players Thrown together who don’t really look organised, plenty of work to do for the manager. On the keeper yes he flaps at the corner but plenty of time to assess him but certainly not on that.
  20. Listening to sport sound and it’s great when Shankland was here it was aye he’s not bad not sure he can go farther, now it’s what a player Scotland etc, shower of hypocrites. M can saying he tried to buy him for Dundee but couldn’t agree a fee, and Levein asking why it took him so long to flourish, and that’s why the idiot is no longer a manager hasn’t a clue how to spot a player as he was at Somerset in the flesh a few times sitting along from me in the stand.
  21. Fits the description of good pedigree that was given ,but I’m concerned about his continued injury problems from his profile, surprised he was given two years so we’ll see def bit of a gamble. Final business has to be a striker as Moore won’t cut it and keeper.
  22. Think they or he are from down south that’s why the delay, and it’s no chance one of them is Drinan full squad player now.
  23. Think he’s given it away nearly it’s a son of a famous or previously very good player possibly who played for the club maybe A wild guess. Templeton from Hamilton
  24. That’s a Great signing will really beef the team up at the back, really taking good shape , a keeper and a striker and we’ll be stronger than last year on paper in my opinion, hope the team gels quickly.
