Save the propoganda dude..Last Summer was a complete embarrassment..We were a laughing stock and no wonder,the whole window was a farce.This window was slightly better but still showing a fair amount of bumbling amateurism.The club needs to put more planning into negotiations.Are you seriously trying to tell me that neither Wright or his agent were prepared to have an interim conversation before now.? If that is so,then they should have been given an ultimatum.Talk, or walk at the end of the season.That would give us plenty time to look for a replacement.Perhaps if we took a tougher line, agents would show us a bit more respect.

We really do fall short when it comes to contracts..There should have been talks months ago to find out if he wanted to stay,what he was asking for,if he would have signed a years extension etc etc..If he was wanting to stay and his demands were reasonable start negotiations..If not,then start planning to bring in a replacement ,ideally on a PCA. Farting about a couple of months before his contract is up knowing that he can sign a PCA with another club tomorrow is just bad management.

No,it is not in the least funny.There was something strange about this from the start.He was a regular starter for his club and International side but his club did not seem to want him.First he went out on loan to a Finish club that was cut short and he was loaned out to us.A guy who has played regularly at international level(including appearances against Belgium and Greese) should be able to play at SPFL level..Maybe I'm reading too much into this but Tommy Wrights comments after he left were also intriguing "We knew we were taking a chance when we signed him" !? Good luck to the guy

I would be very wary of Kennedy tonight.I know that he was devastated when we punted him and he will be out to prove that he can still play at this level.

It was Sturrock who sold him.Form what I remember Wright was a disruptive influence and the dressing room was divided.He was a very good player but full of his own self importance and this (along with his injury issues and the other strikers we had at the time) was a major factor in him going...But it was a long time ago,please correct me if I'm wrong
