  1. 1st team squad of roughly including Cameron Blues and Balatoni. 2 players over 30. Loy at 29 2 at 27 4 at 26 2 at 24 2 at 23 5 at 22 2 at 21 2 at 19 Gallacher at 18. It might be stretching it a bit to say "youthful" but it's certainly not an old side with the bulk of the players in that 22 to 26 bracket. I was amazed the likes of Kidd and Gasparotto are as still as young as they are.
  2. I'm glad I re-read your post before commenting, thought you'd said something completely different.
  3. I'm sure someone would happily give you both.
  4. This thread is always good for a laugh.. keep it up boys and girls.
  5. The night of the first lions test, my brother and my best mate were in town and Tinder took a bit of a hammering from them.. Auckland supposedly has one of the highest rates of women to men in the world but they weren't getting too many people even showing up... Is there an optimum age for it and once you get to mid 30s you're officially past it?
  6. That's how I read it, playoffs with the current squad but wants more.
  7. I wish folk would stop using JJ as an example, it was f"cking 25 years ago.
  8. I actually don't think he's as good a rugby player as he's made out. He's a tremendous athlete and that makes him look better than he is.
  9. f**k, I had 36 hours of travelling home after the final and you wouldn't have heard a single word of complaint from me if we'd won the thing. I'd have been blazing drunk for the whole journey.
  10. It looks like Gatland thinks "Warrenball" and crash and bash can beat the All Blacks...
  11. I'm currently trying to steer the older one towards football but could be a losing battle given where he's growing up.
  12. Junior KiwiDB number 2 born 27th February weighing 9lb 11oz. Another boy, Micah, doing well so far and big brother is absolutely smitten, long may it continue.
  13. We were at that game as part of my stag do and had a couple of bets along the lines of Khalis to get first goal and Falkirk HT/Aberdeen FT. It was a f*cking good night out afterwards.
  14. I wasn't just talking about the Houston era.
  15. This shit makes me laugh, we've had a number of loanees over the last few years and Falkirk fans moan like f'ck we ain't giving our own players a chance.
  16. A bloody long time ago now, man I feel old.
  17. Or the French going by their 15 at the weekend.
  18. Yeah and even that doesn't tell the full story, look at this small group "born outwith NZ" Muliana moved to NZ at the age of 3 and Rokocoko at 5, Rodney So'oialo I can't find exact details but a WalesOnline article says at a young age and Jerome Kaino at the age of 4. That's hardly "plundering the Pacific". Of those players, Mils Muliaina (Salelesi, Samoa, 100 tests), Joe Rokocoko (Nadi, Fiji, 68), Rodney So'oialo (Moto'otua, Samoa, 62), Olo Brown (Apia, Samoa, 56) and Jerome Kaino (Tutuila, American Samoa, 50 not out) have played 50 tests.
  19. Not that shite again, the myth has been well and truly debunked a number of times.
  20. Another mini KiwiDB due 2nd March 2017. Chances are given number 1 was late and 11lb that number 2 will be born early.
  21. Houston would have absolutely known that Vaulks was likely to leave, a year left on his contract and made it clear he wouldn't sign another one. There was no way he was "sold out from under him". He's 29, still plenty of time to get back into earlier form.
