A long way to go before deciding who will finish where. We have made a solid start and look to have improved. We are a couple of players short in terms of quality but we have Kiltie and McMenamim to add into the mix. Every team will be a challenge but at least we look competitive.

It is early days but I am liking what I am seeing so far. With each game we will get fitter and our passing and movement will improve. New signings are an upgrade on last season. Idowu is superb. Would try and sign him on a full contract. James Scott is finally looking more of a player. Need to single out Brown. He has been outstanding so far.

Have to agree. Taylor has been playing well and strolled through the game on Thursday. Iacovitti needs to bide his time. The same as Tanser. Brown has come in and claimed the LB spot with his displays.

I actually thought he stood out for Valur. He looks a player who has played at a better level and was involved in their good play and chances. All about opinions though

Interview on Sky with Robbo where he says there is still scope in the transfer window. Please make it a winger or striker

Can't see Kiltie or McMenamin back as soon as Robbo says. They have to get a full rehab then get minutes on the pitch. I think its too big a gamble not to bring in at least one winger type attacker.

The goal he scored against Carlisle was a real strikers goal. I agree he could be a real asset. His decision making is suspect but he will improve. I keep hoping our strikers will take more of our chances. We created well against Valur despite lacking width but our finishing was appalling. I am keeping my fingers crossed Robbo finally bags a striker before the window shuts.

I hope you are right about our goal tally this season. The numbers are still too low imo We need a player who can finish the chances we missed on Thursday. Lets see if you called it right. I still have my fingers crossed we get a striker in before the window closes

Ross County's new striker is also in amongst the goals. We 100% need a new striker. What we have is ok but will not grab enough goals. I am not sure Robbo does have a plan to grab a striker. It is the one area I think he is blind to. I keep hoping he sorts it out but I am not convinced.

Fingers well and truly crossed

Could do a better job than those we have at the moment. I can't for the life of me understand why Robbo has not addressed our striker positions. Those we have are decent but not good enough. If we progress we will need better quality against better oposition.

The game could have went 2 ways. If we had taken our chances it would have been a decent lead to take home. On the flipside Balcombe kept us in it. We may have a way to go but if you don't put away those chances a better team will hurt us. We are not there yet in terms of fitness etc but it is glaringly obvious we need a better striker. We also miss Kiltie and McMenamin. We have to be patient next week as they have shown they can make chances. Still all to play for in the rollercoaster of supporting our club

Still don't think we are at the races yet. We allowed them too many chances and our play wasn't quite at it. Smyth has a way to go. He gave the ball away too much and didn't track back enough. We are crying out for a decent striker. Really liked Balcombe he saved us a few times. Some plus and negatives but we will get better.

If it wasnt for Balcombe we would have lost a couple. Not a classic performance in a more than winable game
