Doesn’t say if they are sitting with any debt or not, just says they ran at a 2.9 million pound loss.
Debt will all be to the owners but we know what happens when they lose interest or run out of cash.

Murray built the spine of that team to be fair, we wouldn’t be where we are without the groundwork he put in. McCabe has undoubtedly taken us to the next level though, literally and figuratively. Murray is very good at incrementally improving teams and making things much more professional but (while this could come back to bite me) McCabe is well ahead of him tactically.
Did you not bottle it in the playoffs under Murray when in decent positions whilst McCabe got the job done. His recruitment seems decent but as you say tactics etc seem to be his Achilles heel.

Rhys McCabe doing some job at Airdrie. They will struggle to keep hold of him in the summer.
Yip he managed in one season to do what Murray failed to do in 4 years at Airdrie..

Raiths bottle crashing by the looks of it. Murray could never get Airdrie over the line now looking like the same with Raith.

Scotland is miles behind when it comes to ffp as per usual. You would think after the debacles at Dundee twice, Livi 3 times, hearts, sevco, Dunfermline, Airdrie, gretna,Motherwell etc there would be strong rules in place to counter any of it happening again but it's simply head in the sand treatment from the spfl/sfa. Unless you are going to be in Europe there is no ffp and in Europe the rules are limited to losses way above anything you'll see in Scottish football. Teams like the Dundee's , queen's parks, Ross county's and coves are losing money hand over fist every season and the ruling authorities just sit back and watch. 2.8 million is a ridiculous loss. I'd love to see queen's parks balance sheet for a team with about 1000 home fans if they are lucky. Must be hemorrhaging money. Another club will go down the tubes at some stage if nothing is done.

You could see with a few of the older youngsters yesterday that they were ultras in the making. The future of our club really is bright at the moment on and off the park. There was a photo taken with the junior bairns 300th member(a proud grandpa steel in attendance) which is a fantastic number. There was a draw to pic the youngsters that will be going out on the park with the players on trophy presentation day . Players were brilliant with the kids but I bet they are glad it wasn't last Monday.

Unsure if that would be allowed? I'm sure there's a rule that states that clubs must charge both sets of fans the same amount.
You'd need to give vouchers out at another game I'd think or something similar to that. Don't think anything prevents you from doing that but you can't charge a different price on the day for the same view etc. Not sure it's overly fair on season ticket holders anyway.

The league one player and manager of the month awards always seem to be last ones announced for some reason.

MacIver was offside unless Miller headed the ball backwards toward him?
Spot on and from the angle on alba you can see that MacIvor is in front of him.

The keepers in front of MacIver when miller heads the ball. In that pic miller has already headed it and the keeper is scrambling to get goal side of MacIver. If miller had headed it backwards then to MacIver then different story but MacIver is in front of miller when he heads it

For our third, is the chap who was standing on the goal line claiming for offside?
I think it quite possibly was offside. The keeper is out far enough so that when miller heads the ball forward to MacIvor he's more than likely off. Who gives a feck though.

I agree with what your saying but think he could be used more often as an impact sub.
He's started 12 and come on 17 times in 32 games so only 3 league games he hasn't been involved in.

I notice Hartley was half way down the tunnel before mcglynn had to call him back for a handshake. Typical behaviour from that wee naff.

Congratulations guys. I’m looking forward to our teams doing battle on the park next season……….if we don’t blow it and go down that is.
Think you should be fine. Your injuries have settled down so I'd expect you to pick up more points between now and may. Ict , Ayr, queens park and perhaps Morton have more to worry about.

The whole academy closure then Hartley and whoever is agent/scout was that signed that amount of total dross was the biggest dunt to us imo. The amount of money it cost to get rid of and then revamp that squad again would've been frightening.
Gary holt then done the exact same thing on a smaller scale (due to no money being left).
Hartleys recruitment at his last 3 clubs haven't worked. Even at cove this year he's signed a dozen odd players who have either been let go or shipped out on loan. once he gets let go by Cove, I doubt he'll manage again.
The super scout appointment was ludicrous. Lang telling us he was recommended by Ross county one of the sides we were in opposition to that season. Did it never occur to anyone that they are hardly going to give us an advantage by recommending someone that would improve our situation.

I thought Agyeman was terrific when he came on and can’t understand why he hasn’t had more game time this season tbh
He tends to be better as an impact sub to be honest whilst Ross for instance is far better when starting games. I don't think you can really say he deserves more gane time when we've won 26 games and drawn 6.

Didn't realise that being a photographer at the football was such a dangerous affair. One has just been stretchered off at Starks park holding up the start of the second half.. Bainsford bairn watch what you are doing today.

Imagine if Morrison stays at Falkirk until we're back in the Premiership. He's already adored by the fans but he'd be in borderline legend territory by that point.
Let's hope he isn't 42 also.

Aye the ultras were coming to games individually before they now have organised themselves into a group.

Club not tied into anything! Good grief man Falkirk are tied to a 99 year lease.
You can't be taken seriously after that - go away
The 99 year lease though isnt on the catering and hospitality though. You could ditch that at any point of an alternative was available.

Morton's obsession with Falkirk continues.

I took it that when it said "Football Partners Scotland (FPS) will continue to provide the financial support for the company." And " The board of directors has received an undertaking in writing from Football Partners Scotland L.P. that it will continue to make additional funds available to the company in situations where these funds are required.” that the owners fps were basically funding any deficit.
Doesn't make managing to lose 7 games on the way to promotion last season looks like much of an achievement.
