It'd be better just to have the EOSL winners go up automatically and have the SOSL champs play the EOSL runners up. This would acknowledge the fact the EOSL is stronger and also avoid the possible ludicrous scenario of two runners up being promoted ahead of the champions.

Why not just play a full season of 2 x 14 playing each other twice and then have the top 14 start in the top league the following season? The bottom 14 teams could then repeat the process with the next influx (should that happen).
