Are you giving him a free pass for all the dross accumulated under Cathro and Neilson ? Can only say I am really happy with Sow and Soutar signings. McLaughlin was 1 year only. Berra, Lafferty and Naismith are good players with reasons to want to have a spell back in Scotland - but they are quality that we are paying big wages for. Nothing very clever about those signings - although somebody did well to get them to sign. I'm in the fingers-crossed, give him 3-4 months ..... but prepare for pant-wetting camp.

I see that both Warren Hawke and Ann Budge are on the SPFL Board. I wonder how in-the-loop they both were ? I'm guessing Robertson of Rangers wasn't. Or wasn't on the ball ?
