Some folk are clearly exaggerating attendances here. Absolutely no way were there 365 at the buffs/meadow game.

The headcount I got for Kilwinning v Meadow was from someone who has supplied me many figures over past couple of years. Someone I believe I can trust.

Head count at Darvel v Petershill was 404 if you don't get an official figure.

    305 was the official return.....

Figure I look for should include free entry, kids, helpers, committee, paying etc. A general headcount of all.

Caledonian Braves and BSC Glasgow have shown you don't need a support.

    Just money

Average att / headcount league & all cups

    84 Caledonian Braves

117 Bsc Glasgow ( this will jump considerably with a home game v Hibs in Scottish Cup)

All clubs have a support just some have more than others. Be it 40/50 to 350/450 it's still a hard core of loyal supporters.

I do a head count at most matches.  Normally don’t say anything as my figure is usually in and around the ‘official count’. Last year, two of my figures were used, as home team did not offer a crowd.

Also, used as ‘official count’ at Alex Jack cup final was hugely understated!

My benchmark crowd at yesterday’s match (no added season ticket as I ain’t got a clue who is who) is between (354 & 369) - two counts 10 minutes apart in1st half.

Is 24 the paid admissions at Dyce v St Ternan? I thought about 50! Must've been a few on committee cards...

I received 24 as fig after messaging their Facebook page. I've also had headcount of c60. I do go with club figure in first instance. I have asked to include all not just paying. May have to ask again.

  6. Weekend attendance / headcount 25/1/20

Still looking for a few if anyone can help?

Figures I look for should include free entry, kids, helpers, committee,  paying etc. A general headcount of all on spectators side of barriers.

That's over 60,000 cumulative spectators counted and that's only part of the season.

Thanks again to all clubs and supporters for your  continued help.

Ok, to knock this whataboutery on the heid, the above is the OPs first post on the thread -

The way I’m reading it, I think he’s looking to collate weekly figures for persons actually in attendance at each EOS fixture throughout the season.

So heidcounts of actual skulls in the ground, at each game, and none of this ‘but tickets sold blahblahblah’....

Spot on as imo actual headcount gives most accurate figure of people in attendance. Including all on spectators side of barriers including paying, free entry,  kids, helpers and committee.  I try to point this out as many times as possible and understand sometimes it may be difficult so there's every chance some clubs will do gate count and add free entry, committee etc to give as close a att as possible, this is also fine imo.

  8. I have absolutely no reason to doubt the figures given. In Linlithgow Rose case they have also supplied these two figures this season 190  & 175 (cup games) there's also been 200+ 300+. Etc.

Sometimes some clubs or supporters will give estimates as best they can and to me that's fine. It's a guide so figures in vast majority will be there or thereabouts.

Ps actual headcounts are imo most accurate.
