I tend to agree with you - we lost 4 games to Broch & Buckie and that's what lost us the HL title
-
We were granted a grace period before the deadline of 31st March and we would have contested the playoffs had we won the league
-
Their statement doesn't mention when they first asked the SFA for a grace period - I think it must have been after the 31st March deadline

The board is appointed by the shareholders who re-appoint them(or not) at the AGM which does not need to take place until the end of November. Only other way is to get shareholders who between them own 10% of the current issued share capital, to instruct the board to call an "Extraordinary General Meeting". I can't really see that happening - if you look at Companies House you'll see the current shareholders and their shareholding. We share your frustrations but there really isn't any requirement for the board to make any statement .

I make it 14 in contract: Wilson, McCabe Martin, Thomson, McHattie Ferguson, Patrick, Macloud, Moreland Scott, Hastie, Raeside, Tosh, Loudon

He signed an extension in March last year along with Marco -June 25
-
June 25 according to transfermkt
-
Don't think they will as I reckon at least 14 are signed on until June 25 (or longer). They can't just leave!
-
I think that the length of contract and wages offered will play a significant part- he has an agent!
-
He has scored loads of goals in the Midlands and then Highland leagues so he deserves his chance in the SPFL. It's a great shame he won't get that chance with us however I wish him all the best wherever he ends up.
-
I heard his "new contract offer" was based upon accepting a pay cut. Sign of the times for us I believe.
-
He has a share in a coffee business in Brechin. Not sure where he lives now but used to live near Edzell. He will get offers from SPFL clubs - maybe Forfar

Interesting to read that Price stated after the game that the title was lost in the games against the Broch & Buckie. He claims that " the players were not strong enough physically or mentally and that our recruitment needs to be better next season". I suggest that he addresses his own recruitment. team selections, tactics and motivational skills or better still - RESIGN.

We certainly won't be able to maintain the current wage bill therefore I think that some of the experienced guys will have to go. We keep signing young players and then letting them go out on loan without giving them a proper run. In my opinion we should have kept Chris Mudie and Spencer Moreland ( still a signed player). The loan players Strachan , Wright and Richardson have not lived up to expectations either. I just hope Sparky signs a new deal and I would also keep Cruicky. He gives his heart and soul for the club but has hardly played any minutes this season.

Let's hope so
