  1. No disrespect to any player, but too many average players looking for money that's just not there with the vast majority of clubs. What's happened to playing the game for the love of it ?
  2. As said previously the league is definitely split in two and the team has changed almost completely from the league cup and first three or four league games the time to be judged is when they have played with all due respect the teams that are in the bottom half of the league. Two or three wins and you are back in the mix rather than being isolated at the foot of the table. Difficult task as it is a very competitive league but its not unachievable and they will not be a million miles away.
  3. Credit where it's due, everyone is working their socks off and improvement is there for all to see.
  4. No doubt Glens are up there with the best in the league and would be very surprised if they don't go up however it was 2-0 until midway into the 2nd half today and Larkhall having missed a couple of decent chances to get back into the game and then they hit the self destruct button again losing 2 soft goals from their point in the space of a minute. But they will get there Rome wasn't built in a day and the corner will be turned at some point hopefully soon.
  5. Nice reply, sounds as though you've just been weaned off a set. Concentrate on your own team if you've nothing constructive or positive to say about other clubs.
  6. 6 games in and you've got them down to losing the remaining 24 plus next season's 30 and the following season's 30 as well. Any chance of your lottery numbers ?
  7. Doesn't matter how the club got in this position it's how they get out of it is the main concern. However some of the criticism and negativity on here is pretty poor imo. The team will continue to develop in the coming weeks and the last three results don't tell the full story. Three new signings have came in and the majority of younger boys have gone back to the 19's The younger ones left will develop learn from the signings. The hardest thing is the league is split in two in terms of strength and judge them when they have a settled and signed squad and they have played the Craigmark's Kello and Girvan's etc with all due respect. No doubt they would have fared better in a lower league but it is what it is. Easy to criticise when support becomes hard but is what's needed.
