I actually really enjoy the Mackies/Taylor's Crisps. Especially the Aberdeen Angus ones.

Fully bought over now apparently by the Taylor family and introducing a ridge cut range. Hopefully their politics are a little bit more palatable than the tory loving Mackies.....

He already has........both Barry and Derek were great Rangers level players but never really pushed themselves to better.....Lewis is already doing the business in serie A.

Barry Ferguson would have excelled in Serie A but didn't have the off field intelligence to contemplate such a move (or to have coped with it). Fortunately Lewis seems to have more than the combined IQ of his dad and his uncle 😃

A more accurate summary is that all teams outwith the bigot brothers are unhappy with the obvious discrepancy in positive decisions awarded to them in comparison to said shameless chancers.

As an addition to that, the respective fans of each bigot brother believe that they are on the receiving end of regular poor decisions on and off the field due to a consorted conspiracy by officials/Doncaster/SFA. Despite the numerous soft penalties, extra time, and lenient decisions they both regularly receive, they each have ample evidence of an orchestrated campaign of bias. This effectively administered campaign has somehow allowed Celtic to win pretty much every domestic trophy going and has somehow allowed Rangers to rack up hundreds of late penalties, and avoid ever conceding one.

  4. Keeping in with my Stuart Armstrong love-in, he seems to be in quite a bit of form just now. Regular starter (perhaps the most consistent run he has had for quite a wee while), scoring goals at club level (another against Blackburn yesterday) and who can forget his tenacity and nutmeg on his way to scoring against Norway. If squad for the Euros were to be picked now he would be a definite and a likely starter v Germany I reckon.

I have no idea what any of this means.

the signature move of The Iron Sheik. The Sheik was also fond of using the term "jabroni", continuing to use it out of the ring and in a number of feuds on social media. This included an ongoing feud with Hogan. Top referencing from GNU....

National Care Service (which was a 'flagship policy' shelved for at least 3 years, and parts of the policy watered down), rising waiting times at A+E, police stations being closed, terrible Pisa Educational results, deep cuts to public services coming, exp3nsive legal case over the GRA lost,  and meanwhile Humza just wants to talk about his swanning about at the COP summit and Palestine.

Plant pots totally stopping people parking on the double yellows there. Lots of discovery and evoque driving customers for the 20p store eh? Fur coat, no knickers.

same debate going on just now re the Avenues project on Byres Road, Glasgow.

Amazing to consider that the reduction of a dozen or so parking spaces is apparently going to decimate locksmiths, barbers and cobblers up and down the street.

Making the public realm more attractive with wider decent pavements, greenery and outdoor seating as well as making pedestrians the priority over cars is not by all accounts going to entice more people and potential customers to spend more time on the street/at the shops. But instead stopping a guy from Anniesland parking outside their shop for 5 mins in order to pick up a lock or hand in a pair of shoes on his way home are the key considerations and margins for many of these shopkeepers and apparent fickle "long-term" customers.

Texturally that seems dreadful. Fried mushrooms, avocado and wilted spinach are all a bit slimey. That tattie scone looks like it would wheech up all the moisture in your mouth.

I'm not a vegan basher and love a healthy breakfast, but that looks awful.

I just asked Mrs Rocketman what a potato pancake was....

Evri drivers. Stopped on a corner on the wrong side of the road at a point where the pavement drops just so it was easier.

She then got back in the car and turned right into the street anyway!

  10. Starmer et co will be exhausted after one year of walking the tightrope of presenting themselves as an alternative to the Tories, whilst trying to keep the floating Tory voters on board. But not as exhausted as Sarwar will be trying to strategically align London Labour's increasingly hostile views on immigration, welfare, and the EU as positions in tune with his own. Not to mention hoping that no one sees that any statement on Gaza merely echoes every US utterance and stance....

    Poor guy.

  11. The "no offence mate, but....." type response to defeat:

"Kilmarnock were the better team. We didn't deserve anything from that game. That being said.....ref/pitch/time-wasting/ticket allocation/pitch/kick-off time/line-up/Hart/ref/pitch/squad breathing on fumes - down to bare bones (only 7 internationalists able to make the bench)/european exertions/pitch........."

That gross 240k will drop to well below half given their pension stuffing, SNP pay martyrdom (20% back to the public purse - still taxed in it?) and most if it sitting in the 42% tax band. Maybe they saved up or have paid off their mortgage. But generally dropping 90k on a car seems bloody mad considering you lose about 25% of a new car's value in the first 12 months.

I for one welcome any investigation to lead into determining whether priorities in relation to their disposable income are aligned with yours. Anything that is not in sync, v likely through party funding in my view.

Mcinnes reminds me a bit like when clarke was at killie, knew how to punch well above his weight at times but when expected to win, it kinda falls apart

with that memory of yours, you probably also recall your fans rallying round your club and saving them from liquidation.

How you feeling about McInnes now?

For me I’ve been back and forth with McInnes (wanted him sacked after Caley in the cup QF and at half time against Celtic in April for example) and just as recently as seeing the starting line up on Wednesday night away at Aberdeen I was saying he was annoying me a bit again so I’m not going to make out as if I’ve always been behind him.

However I probably need to start giving him a bit more respect as, regardless of result, he’s made sure the team are competitive in every game.  Thats a good few times now that we've stood up to a really tough challenge.

you seem perhaps a little more fickle than your average game going fan...

  15. Enjoyed it - much better than the previous two episodes in my view. The whole messaging and inclusion agenda is absolutely fine by me but a good writer should be able to do it cleverly and subtly and not have to sledgehammer it home. In saying that, it would go over the heads of many it is aimed at if it were done more subtly and I would miss out on seeing them online completely triggered by it.

Hope to see The (celestial) Toymaker again (he was originally played by Alfred from the Burton Batman movies (and sequels) ha) as he is a good villain and I like seeing less obvious canon enemies make their return. Definitely looking forward to the Xmas special now and tbh glad to see the back of Tennant and Donna.....
