Ferguson is reputed to be on for a Β£450k bonus if he keeps you up, according to my sources. No idea where that money is coming from though.
Taking the blue pound from the gullible perhaps, through the after dinner events being run by directors..................see Trainspotting 2 for exemplar events

If Dunc is being paid handsomely and not from the club coffers, then can we summise he was given the role based on connections that allow for the Jan recruitment bringing in players who we probably pay little or nothing for and cutting costs elsewhere. The fact its heavily skewed to defenders may point that this was all of what is on offer with minimal outlay towards parent clubs.
From the above comments the finances of the club are disassociated form those paying the manager it should be assumed any source paying Dunc directly must be getting returns elsewhere through alternate ventures that justify those costs or means to write them off. Which again probably isn't an avenue open to the club, so its possibly not a simple as saying that source should give the club Β£5k pw as it may not be offset/feasible.
First point of order post season should be restructuring of the club costs though looking at the top down where optimisations can be brought in - we have a lot of directors/board members/senior management beyond requirements at this level where it can be argued minimal return for their positions.

Hoping Morton players are already mentally all packed up for their all inclusive holidays in Turkey. It's the only way we will win a game at home.

Heard a very concerning rumour today that players didn't get paid this week. If this is true no wonder most the team looked half arsed today. We are so fucked & if we go down it'll be catastrophic.Β
Thankfully this is mitigated by having a squad full of loanees where it'll have no impact then.

Caley don't loose away from home often this season, but equally rarely it seems do we actually win games of football. Fully expect another draw and spinning the unbeaten in 2 tough away games against top 3 clubs is solid return.

Far more optimistic about this game than home matches.
Away win, clean sheet and everyone apart from our own fans confused why we are fighting relegation.

We don't do clean sheets.Β Expect at least 1 ICT goal.
We don't do goals at home. Nailed on goaless affair then

Showdown between the 2 longest unbeaten runs on the league. Draw and everyone leaves satisfied but disappointed.

Given the rumors that Dunc is being bankrolled by a director not the club, is it feasible that with compensation, salaries and the pay-off for Dodds & Co the club ultimately couldn't afford Imrie and mentioned director wasnt keen on that route?

Cant see past an away win. Expect us to move the ball around and dominate possession with little end product. If Doolan has done any homework on us at all he will know just to sit in and let us tap the ball about as we never shoot or create much in the final third, then hit us on the break.

By the club being in 'partnership' it lends significant weight to the 'community' involvement and benefits of such development rather than just an unconnected corporation looking to rock up and make profits too. Mutual back scratching essentially.

Positive news. What we need now isΒ transparent strategy for how any funds would be invested to provide opportunity for return and sustainability. We know there will be need to service debts but beyond that time and planning needs to be undertaken. If this involves an additional board member with credentials in building business and managing funds then it may well be a worthy investment, however we currently appear 'top heavy' at this level with limited returns and I'm not sure I trust those in charge.
The short-term strategy of loans results in paying players (part of full contributions) with no prospect of return wont work for long, there needs a better recruitment strategy than we have seen over the last few years with planning to engage and develop the right talent such that we can get a return on those investments.Β
Any cash injections into the club has to work to capitalise on opportunities to increase revenue and footfall through directed investment in the right areas or clear strategy, This must all work to make us better not just for next season but for the future.

No tears here. We were shite. Had plenty of the ball but barely created any chances. Well deserved win for QP.
Never felt like we'd score today. Our home form is rotten and although new faces it's the same old issue breaking a team down.

Selling point by Martindale will be it has a 'designer outlet village' though which might trump Dunc with a bridge and castle

Just when we finally have enough right back options to see him moved to midfield. Although it's a step up, it would likely be short lived and he'd be back in the Championship next season again.

Udjar has been missing the last few games, looked soild at this level could he be away? Is it posdibke either unsettled/homesick or getting picked up by another club?
Does seem odd to keep loading up with defenders so must expect a few out the door?

Tonight its going to finally click for the Caley after all these dire games this season and we will absolutely batter Morton by 4 goals at least. Dunc will say its a testament to the hard work that its finally all come together (justifying why he deserves another shot at this next year) while Dougie will say who fucking cares its a dead rubber for them and we are all away for our all inclusives.
