"The húns don't have copyright on sashes"
I see a "sash" and I don't even think of the orange walks or that, I think of things like Gala days (weird anaw tbf) and Miss Wolrd comp winners.
I think the Airdrie Strip with their "Diamond" is more Orange Walk than anything this things:
Mental that anyone would for a second indulge or engage with their absolutely surreal prehistoric compulsion with linking anything at any level with their pathetic own self obsessions with religion and it's associated nonsense.

If we keep calling him that we probably will.

I'm certainly not writing this season off by any means but if it turns out we're bottom six but safe(ish) throughout you'd certainly consider it a job well done rather than a chance missed.
Think most seasons start with that level of ambition tbh.

Await the GIRFUY moment when Mandron rattles one in against us. But if Robinson has brought him in as a target man, a) he can't header the ball and b) can't control and hold the ball up. So good luck with that Robbo. Meant to be a lovely bloke though, so that's nice.

Pretty delighted to hear that Mandron is away tbh, Goss did some decent stuff occasionally, but a shitebag of the highest order.

Dunno. I'd say turning our season round when we were heading for relegation under Robinson would probably be worth a "Thanks".
Think Sligo and his attempt to get us relegated the following season cancels that out tbh.

Is KvV going to be the one thing we are greatful to Alexander for?

Hilarious that everyone has just taken the story & figures from some cabbage journalist on Twitter and taken it completely at face value. Lol.
Totally, like has anybody officially said anything?

I find fullbacks like Carroll- fast, committed, decent with crosses and dead balls- pretty easy to like. In reality he was probably a fucking liability more regularly than he was useful but I reckon I'll look back on him positively.
Regard him and Dunne in a similar way. Accident and injury prone.

About time the nationals picked up on how massive we are and have always been.

When was this? O’Hara had to get out his back pocket to get in the dressing room is my recollection.
I get he’s not rated by some who aren’t decision makers but, at least keep it factual.
The last home game against St Mirren, Sat in the main stand watching him factually getting rag dolled by O'hara.

I see Cornelius is the first of those out of contract to declare he’s off.
Slightly surprised, he was the one of those out of contract that I thought might actually stay. I imagine Goss, Johnston and Casey will all follow suit shortly before we’re due back next Monday.
Some of the games he spent more time trying to pull his hair over his receiding hairline than actually get stuck in, St Mirren when O'Hara bo ragged him the whole game springs to him. Not that fussed, if he's off tbh.

By the end it was one of the best but between full-time at Ibrox and Johnson scoring is about as jittery as I've ever been in my life.
It was the rollercoaster of accepting relegation, the first leg and then the terror of what if we screw this up...even when not especially on top on in the first half we were rarely in danger but there was a moment just before half time when Zaliukas (I think) dumped a corner over the bar when he should have scored and had that gone in...
Likewise, thought if the **** scored early sqeeky bum, but as soon as Johnson expertly smacked the ball off the guys legs and the most comical bit of goalkeeping ever took place, started to chill out.
3 goals, police horses on the pitch, goading and throwing stuff at the **** and a punch up on the pitch, Carlsberg don't do playoffs.......

How we finished the game is the line up that should have started.
It shows you how poor our defence is without Casey and Butcher. Mugabi is a bomb scare.
I would say Obiki is a much much better player than Mandron but would give neither a contract for next season.
I honestly do not see what SK sees in Mandron?.
Why anyone things O'Donnell is any good never mind get the captaincy back needs their head's examined.
Spittal should be offered an extension, everything good we did came through him today and has been outstanding for SK.
I will miss KVV and Max Johnston
Agree with all of that, will be interesting to see what SK's plan is for next year, Obiki and Mandron looked to have been signed to suit and get the best out of KVV, with him probably/definitely going will SK plan to play and sign players to suit the same system or to fit what he sees as how he would like us to be set up and play post KVV and not just having to get the best out of what he had when he took over.
Would also like to get McGinn singed up on a longer contract as he has been a consitent performer. Similar with Furlong, after a poor start I think that he has been excellent, IMO we basically need to try all we can to get our 1st choice defence signed up if possible.
No offence to Mugabe and Mandron, sure they are lovely guys but they sure as shit aren't football players and my eyes and heart could do without them both being at FP next season.

Btw adding to the glory of today's was the goalkeeper assist - always delightful.
I guess Kelly was due keeping the ball a)on the park and b) getting it to one of his own players eventually, it was worth the wait...

Interestingly, I wonder where the Record got the notion that he was 'under consideration' to replace Hammell...

Only place he was "under consideration" was within his own head.

Struggling to think if there will ever be a time I'm willing to give anywhere close to £32 to that mob and the awful, restricted view, match day experience.
