Yeah its last 5 years which can cause distortions in both an optimistic or pessimistic direction. Rennes aren't a side that would often mhak European competition but won the Frenc Cup so got there. Porto would generally perform much better in Europe than they have. I didn't think we'd have a strong a chance as we have of qualifying so happy with that. Arguably Gerraed has performed wonders in Europe while domestic performance hasn't been overly outstanding although our points per game in the league this season are strong.

Not easy to judge except based on results but our group had more higher ranked sides.

We can't all get easier groups with Cluj and Rennes in them.

A draw at home to YB away from qualifying and a win away from topping the group. Would have taken that when the group was drawn!

I thought your whole team bar your keeper did well. Apart from that clinical aspect I thought Hamilton were very good today. Can be rightly proud of the team even though it should have turned to a 2-2 game.

Yeah struggling with this a bit as well. Striker hasn't scored for 5 games and only makes about 5 passes a game so is barely getting a touch of the ball. Think the ME is actually alright though.
