  1. Last night was a lesson in about being clinical, Inverness were ruthless when the chances fell their way and really impressed me with their second half display. I'm not worrying too much though as i'll be surprised if we come up against a better side this season. If we get pumped at home by Dumbarton next week then i'll be concerned. Think what last night did show was that we're still needing to bring in a couple of new players. Haven't really understood the criticism that Wedderburn has been getting from some of our fans, i went to the Arbroath game and i thought he kept things simple and done a decent job, if he was playing last night i don't think we would have been as overrun as were in midfield. Also, Reilly being out for the game last night showed how weak we are upfront as we're only left with Moffat who as reflected by his time at the club will miss a lot more chances than he'll score, so bringing in a striker is a major priority.
  2. How many games has Skacel played since he left Dundee United in 2013?
  3. Murdoch Williamson, Ashcroft, BRE, Talbot Geggan, Wedderburn Higgy, McMullan, Cardle Reilly Looks a pretty decent starting eleven.
  4. Josh Todd who was on trial with us, has signed for Dumbarton.
  5. Not fussed about Falkingham leaving, we're stepping up to a higher level so decisions that not everyone agrees with will have to be made. For me AJ wanted to add strength to our midfield and that's why we've brought in Wedderburn. How can it annoy you that he's deemed as being better than Falkingham? I didn't see a Scottish Premiership team try to sign him during any point of his Pars career, plus how many times have you seen Wedderburn play? For me, McCabe has more ability than Falkingham hence how he's played at a higher level. He just needs a good pre-season to get fully going. May not be popular but i think Johnston's called this right.
  6. Feel for the Raith fans, they were set to win the 'Heads Gone Of The Week' award over appointing Gary Locke until Rangers stole their thunder.
  7. That statement is truly incredible. Fucking incredible.
  8. Same time in the video, the chap wearing a grey/white wig standing near the goals gets completely leveled by someone in a hoodie.
  9. De Boer struggling to remember who Rangers are actually playing.
  10. This you? Daryl Kenny â€@dazzle93 23m23 minutes ago If Gary Locke is the new Rovers manager I'll get his name tattoo'd on my arse in Ibiza this summer. #ItsNoHappening
  11. Matthew Elder â€@mattelder_ffp 6h6 hours ago ‘Quality’ names in the frame for @RaithRovers_FC job Matthew Elder â€@mattelder_ffp 2m2 minutes ago Reliably informed that Gary Locke will be announced as new @RaithRovers_FC manager tomorrow.
  12. The Messiah will be delighted at that news. The truth is that Wallace just isn't the same player after the injuries he's been through. Think its the right call, all the best to him though.
  13. The same Derek Lyle who just signed a new deal with QOTS? On your way, you uneducated wee teamer.
  14. For me there were five key players who we needed to keep and i'm glad that Big Ben, Cardle and Murdoch have been signed to new contracts...which just leaves El Bak and Geggan, yet i have my doubts whether either will stay. Fingers crossed though.
  15. For me, its hard to say who we should keep as i reckon it depends upon what our aims for next season are. Lets say our aim is to get one of the promotion play off spots, how many current players would get a game for Falkirk, Hibs or Raith?
  16. He should have been our best striker considering his recent history of playing at a higher level, yet he wasn't any better than what we already have.
