I got a seat in the east stand and I am definitely a part time fan, so I’ll agree with all before me, it’s not really fair at all. In my (pathetic) defence, I’d gone out and came back to my wife going through the process to make sure I didn’t miss out and she’d already chose the east stand but I hope I’m not getting abuse on Thursday for my choice of seat

Miller was suggesting that based on history that those six clubs are bigger than us and of course they are, we never argue that and don’t feel the need to argue it. He wouldn’t be drawn on the fact we’re a better team at the moment and when someone suggested on recent history we’re better than four of those six he claimed it was in the past and didn’t matter. What frustrated me last year with them was the fact is I was watching BT Sport with a different banner and different studio. The presenters were the same, the commentators were the same, absolutely nothing had changed except I was watching channel 412 instead of 413. And paying a tenner more to do it. It’s an absolute scam. I signed up in February for the League Cup Final and can happily say I’d have paid double or treble to watch St Johnstone have a season like that, but it is still a scam

I said the other day I don’t think we should accept less than 5. Maybe a tad ambitious, but the kid is that good. Him being that good is making me rethink and perhaps look at 3.5m at least, maybe an add-on but 100% can not be missed is a sell-on clause. If he went to a lower English team he’d be snapped for eight figures easily in a few years and that would be worth so much to us with a sell-on clause. So important

It was Jason Kerr. Burst out with the ball and found himself on the right wing, knackered. Played a good ball into the space between the two defenders expecting a run from Callum but it was never gonna happen. He’s playing like a man who doesn’t want to be there. And it astounds me that he’s still getting picked. I know we’re probably trying to put him in the shop window but at this rate all he’s gonna earn himself is a season at Kelty Hearts edit: as per @RandomGuy it wasn’t a ball into the channel, Kerr was on the wing and played it into the centre of the pitch but to be fair to Hendry Jason hadn’t actually looked up to see if the run was being made, but I’ve been that knackered centre half making that run expecting the forward to go finish the work because the last thing you want is to go play link up

On that point, it’s worth noting that Rooney was properly honking last week and looked like a fish out of water. But when Van Aanholt got that booking and lost his head, Rooney should have been on the park and in his face straight away. That aside, if we sell Ali McCann for anything less than £5 million I will be very disappointed. That boy can play at a higher level easily and is worth more than a lot of exports from this league over the last few years. Works so hard and has the talent to back it up I’m very proud of my wee club and all the fans who made tonight fantastic. A great night, despite the sore throat and ultimate disappointment

I don’t expect anyone here to know me or trust me so I’d have a hard job asking anyone to sort me a ticket. It’s a great idea and would be wonderful if the world was full of the right people. But I wouldn’t ask anyone to do that for me

I really feel for the good folks in the ticket office tomorrow. I’ll be on redial for a good while

I’m not a season ticket holder, I live in Stenhousemuir, and work on a Saturday so it’s never been an available option for me, and I understand the feelings of season ticket holders believing they should be prioritised, and that’s 100% correct, but there are some of us who would like to come out to special occasions. I’ve arsed up European games in the past (lost tickets in the town centre once, then the olympics carnage in Glasgow ruined my ability to make the game in 2012) and I don’t wanna miss out. Bad enough we’ve all missed the semis and finals but this late arrangement of tickets means it’s unlikely us part time fans will get to go. We are allowed to be part time fans though. Life gets in the way

Jumping in on one thing here, sorry if I’m being obvious, and I don’t know the ins and outs of every other clubs’ finances but do you really think St. Johnstone are likely to run into financial trouble? The Browns have always been very smart with their money and that’s before you take into account prize money from the cups and league placing. And the £15 million we’re all expecting for Ali McCann………..

It’s the 7th of June. 7th. We’ve had a right good two weeks of lapping up double cup fun. The hard work behind the scenes at the club will start soon. If ST renewals are at a high then that’s guaranteed money. We’ll soon receive prize money for this year’s miracles. They’ll work out a budget then spend four to five weeks trying to get players while most agents have their eyes on the bigger fish swimming in the Euro 2020 pond. We’ll have two or three new players this month. I have no doubt or fear.

I hope we can stabilise quickly and give ourselves a chance because in what fair world can we be seeded but still end up playing Galatasaray??? The money that flows through their club compared to ours? Steve Brown would have a coronary if we got a share of their ticket sales over there

Isaac “Tanto” Olaofe i believe he’s scored 17 or 18 for Sutton United to help lift them out of the National League and into the EFL League Two for next season while on loan. Not sure how National League is in relevance to the Scottish leagues but maybe that was his level at that stage of his career

I absolutely love this club. Who cares what anyone says we are. We know who and what we are. We are fighters. And for all the goals that Zander let’s in that he shouldn’t? The XG against just tells you what we have in McCart, Gordon and Kerr. What a club. What a team. What a season.

Hibs should not be losing to teams like St. Johnstone

Clearly the most important part of today was resting guys like Melamed ahead of the important game against Hamilton on Wednesday that aside, what a day. I’m absolutely buzzing. Get in there!!!
