Daniel Rose ex Ayr United been attracting attention from Leeds and a few other Premiership teams

Todd Kane at QPR came through Chelsea system both playing regularly in the championship

You're that much of a walloper that you dont even know the real names of the people you're talking about

Perhaps it's just my memory but I don't really remember these "worst performances in a Scotland shirt" from Grant Hanley. Even if this did happen, we play a different system now which he might be more suited to. He's playing well and at a decent level, he's absolutely in with a shout here.

Hes miles better than Declan Gallagher

I think we have a similar issue developing up front compared with the one at the back.

We've a clutch of reasonable options developing and a few might even end up in the Championship.

Sadly though like most of our out and out centre backs (as opposed to Tierney and McTominay) none of them are currently Premier League quality.

Why dont we try Mctominay up front? That way we could keep Ryan Jack in midfield

If the rumours are true about Gallagher refusing to play for Motherwell then we're probably going to have to find a new player for the centre of the defence too, which would be a bit of a blow.

The rumours are nonsense...that's not to say that I think Gallagher is Scotlands best centre half though.

I don't see why we should be trying to bring Polworth into the team immediately. Ok there might not be through balls getting played but it's been a better showing from this midfield three than Polworth's had in months. Even set piece wise Maguire's have been an improvement.

If I have to hear Jock Brown saying "Polworth's put that into a really good area" when he's ballooned another set piece right over everyone's head I'll fucking scream.

I don't get that with commentators at all...Irons done it last night when Pawlett got to the byeline and smacked a cross right across the 6yard box when two United players were loitering on the penalty spot type of area...

...'great ball across, hes done everything right there'...

...if he done everything right he would have picked out one of the strikers

    Definitely not the same person.

Drained me yesterday so reckoned I’ll take a break from offering opinion.

Few acquaintances on both here & SO that can vouch reliability.

For me, there’s been merit in negativity of some this season, for some it’s been incessant.

Aye, I dont mind negativity when it's called for...but the same whiney b*****ds moaning at every single thing the club does gets on my thruppeny bits.

A post on Steelmen quoting Flow as saying we are trying to do some business before the window closes.

Another saying signings are imminent but reckons the calibre May be called into Q.  Never ever.

Even if it was Messi someone on SO would call him over the hill and past his best 😉

The place is full of rockets...I've heard that we will be bringing a player in but I have no clue who it is, what position it's for, or what level of ability the player has...I just know that someone on SO will be raging for no apparent reason

I'd like to see David Marshall be given more freedom to push into the midfield, Jack could drop and McTominay fill in as sweeper keeper.

    This...

...the Mctominay at the back because he can pass a baw, thing is a red herring.

    Get him in midfield

I reckon there'll be a fucking riot if they appoint Grayson. Not that I don't rate him and tbh he probably has the most impressive resume of the 4 but from what I've seen most people are beginning to firmly entrench themselves in either the Alexander, Lasley or Wright camps.

I've not really seen many want to give it to Lasley now to be honest...it looks like a 2-horse race to me
