  1. Quite a drop in divisions. Didn't see enough to say whether he was good and/or had potential but was still fairly young.
  2. Blackpool released him. So it was a permanent move for Bange. Crazy that clubs still sign Goodwillie.
  3. Yes. An out and out striker would make a huge difference. Essentially we need a striker like the sort we thought we were getting with Reilly.
  4. Yeah, would agree. Was very impressive tonight. Lots of positives from that. Lots of energy about time and liked the pressing game. Fitness isn't quite there yet with it but a work in progress. We tired towards end. Muir looked sound defensively although not too tidy in possession. But did well. Really impressed with Irving. Pacey and direct. Also liked to shoot, we seemed keen to largely try and walk ball in net. Ruth disappointing. Add him to list with the likes of Reilly and co, I'd imagine.
  5. This isn't new. I know it is volunteers but against Kelty we tweeted it was full time as they were tweeting about both sides having taken four pens each
  6. I spotted that Joseph was there, didn't post it as I think mention of his name is still a trigger for @19QOS19
  7. Imagine how even more shite this season would be without Paton.
  8. Of all our ex player jobbers I never expected to be playing against Celtic on TV in the cup, Ally Roy is right up there.
  9. I think the lack of obvious leaders is a big problem. As an experienced player, Todd, on paper, made sense but not convinced he's most vocal on pitch. Not sure of logic of thinking that being a striker means Reilly should be on pens. Leighton Baines scored 20 out of 22 penalties he took in Premiership. By your logic, based on that 91% record, Stephen Hendrie should be taking our pens.
  10. Oh absolutely not suggesting Quitongo is the answer. Merely that he seemed to do ok, was dropped and am not sure that Hendrie is much better. Hendrie has certainly not lived up to expectations.
  11. Hendrie has been disappointing since signing. I remember thinking Quitongo looked ok enough first few outings, particularly away to Ayr in the 3-0 cup win. Not sure he deserved to be dropped for Hendrie. Nor has Hendrie done anything to retain that spot.
  12. I can't see us releasing him as signed a two year deal. But think he's been as empty a jersey as others. I'd like to see Paton and Connelly as our front two. Don't imagine Reilly would be happy to be sub.
  13. Not convinced Ruth has been given a shot but aye difficult to disagree with that list.
  14. Wonder if there'll be any more deals today or are we being greedy?
  15. Aye I read it as a permanent move away rather than back out on loan.
