  1. Girl on my facebook has posted 32 (THIRTY-TWO) facebook status' in the last 24 hours. She has big diddies and a bit of a dirty but that hasn't been enough to save her from the deletion hammer, as i smack her across the face with it.
  2. it all got too much for me and i broke up with her, then after a few days i realised i was an idiot and now every so often i have to give soppy facebook comments etc to make it upto her and show her how sorry i am for breaking up with her. I've became everything i hate in my quest for regular guaranteed sex. Why couldn't i have fallen in love with someone too poor to own a computer?
  3. Is as sweet as a baby the worst simile ever?? Wtf does that even mean!!
  4. You misunderstand, Im more than happy with every version of her except the facebook version of her She's a genuinely normal, smart and funny person when there's not a like button about.
  5. Infact just thought of another one. She'll tell people things on facebook that they think they want to hear, or to make herself look better. I remember one time her and her mates were going to an Ann Summers party, and a couple of her mates started talking about whips and chains and my girlfriend pops up with " Ooooh i love whips and chains " Eh, no you fucking don't, i know this because you totally weren't up for the medieval horse racing roleplay you stupid bitch. That's it poppet, make yourself look like a slut to everyone except the one man who's allowed to make you look like one in the bedroom. I don't know why i even put the time and energy into anonymously slagging her online, she doesn't deserve me spending valuable minutes doing it, ungrateful facebook whore.
  6. I wouldnt say no. Well i would, but she'd put it on facebook and all our friends would judge me.
  7. Basically anything my girlfriend does. Sending me a comment, then if i havent replied to it within about half an hour, she'll text me telling me what was in it, and then later on moan at me for not commenting on it. YOU ALREADY TOLD ME WHAT WAS IN IT, WE'VE DISCUSSED IT IN TEXTS, WHY THE FLYING FUCK WOULD I NEED TO COMMENT ON IT?. Also after repeatedly telling her that i don't like soppy public displays of affection saying " i love you so much " etc etc for the whole world who couldnt give a shit to see, every so often she'll try it and at most i will like her comment and at best i'll completely ignore it with the contempt it deserves. She never learns though and moans at me for not saying stuff back despite knowing how uncomfortable it makes me, with the latest one being " fine, i'll just delete it then. I feel stupid posting it and then looking like an idiot when you dont say stuff back " despite knowing that im never going to do it. Why can't i tell her i love her in a text or something, or buy her thoughtful gifts? why do i have to ruin everyone elses live's and moods by posting soppy bollocks on their wall that they don't care about?? Even just now, we are planning a trip to London tomorrow and had been texting and on the phone, but when she finds out what station is nearest our hotel she posts it as a facebook comment. Not even a message, but a comment...just so people can see it and comment on it (which they dont because no one cares about where our hotel is). She's a great girl in real life, but basically my girlfriend is everything i hate about facebook, and i wish she'd die in a fire.
  8. Most footballers could do plenty of amazing skills with a football, but you hardly see any doing them in the middle of a match, let alone a final. It's not about what they can and can't do, it's about who has the balls to try it in a real game situation.
  9. You're right, I'm raging!! I actually got sent home from work today, my head just totally wasn't in it. My boss said I looked like there had a death in the family, and when I told him that Stephen McKenna wasn't going to be joining Morton he understood and told me to take as much time off as I need to get over it. It's been an emotional roller coaster of a few days, what with the high of him joining and then the lowest of lows when it became apparent he wasn't.
  10. Mckenna obviously has absolutely no ambition if he doesn't want to play for one of the biggest names in scottish football. Either that or he doesn't want to ruin our perfect pitch by fouling everyone on it, in which case he is my hero. Well done Stephen, putting our pitch before your career.
  11. I have to say, despite what i said a few weeks ago, the final two episodes were everything that Dr Who should be and were filled with emotional impact and character development. I shouldn't have doubted the Moff, as it's clear to see he's quite a slow burner, which means in the middle of story arcs there is maybe a bit of a lull in terms of the characters, but when it all comes together it's spectacular.
  12. I take shots in a nightclub because they're the only thing that gets me drunk. I don't start my attention seeking until i start dancing like a cross between a drunken Michael Jackson/ Freddie Mercury/ Barney the Dinosaur/ Granddad at a wedding.
  13. I agree, perhaps not with Alcoholism but with Heroin addiction. Anyone in Scotland who takes Heroin for the first time in this day and age knows exactly what sort of life they are heading for, and how addictive it is. I can't understand why any single person, who obviously knows and sees what it does to people can choose to take it for the first time, and i have zero sympathy for them for doing that, which in effect means i have zero sympathy for anything they do in future. I've saw the trouble they cause to families and lives, and it was all brought upon themselves from the moment they decided they were going to ruin their lives. All sympathies should be spent on the families who have to pick up the pieces and have their lives ruined by these people, theyre the ones that have to suffer the consequences of other peoples actions through no fault of their own while the culprits get benefits thrown at them and all the help in the world to give them the sort of lifestyle that means they never have to give up their habit or make a better life for themselves.
  14. I also find its funny with people getting upset about Sectarian songs. Anyone who is offended by a fucking song really needs to take a look at themselves, how can you take someone singing at you seriously?? If anyone wants to come and sing about killing and raping my family to the tune of 'Old Mcdonald ' then come and we'll have a real old hootnanny. You see riots going on in football grounds all over the world, yet we get all up in arms as a country if someone dares sings some stupid songs. another opinion that might not actually be unpopular but i've seen it mentioned about this forum plenty of times. Who gives a fuck about european co-efficients?? It annoys the hell out of me when you have a Morton/Arbroath/East Stirling fan etc moaning about The Old firm doing badly in europe affecting our co-efficient when it will never apply to their team. It's always fans of those teams that say the Old Firm make us the " laughing stock " of Europe whenever they do badly, despite the fact that Europe couldn't give two shits about The Old Firm or Scotland in general.
  15. Finally back to it's very best like the beginning of the season! One of the best episodes ever and had everything that's good about Dr Who in it.
  16. Again you're saying parts of the storyline. Character development is only the story when a person's attitude or personality changes because of things that have happened to them in the story. I know that Amy has an inner crisis knowing about the Doctors impending death, i know that The Doctor is worried about Amy's pregnancy, but i only know this because it's been mentioned in the story, not because i feel the characters are actually feeling any of those emotions convincingly during episodes. I haven't watched any episodes this season and thought " wow, the Doctor really looks worried by Amy's pregnancy scan " other than a couple of worried looks to camera. I've never thought that the impending death of the doctor has really affected either Amy or Rory other than them occassionaly saying to each other " we saw him die " . I have not ignored some of the best Doctor Who since it was brought back, if you look up until the pirate episode i said Smith was my favourite Doctor and in many ways he still is, I've also said that Moffat is a far better writer than RTD, but that doesn't mean that Moffat is perfect, and that there is nothing that RTD does better than him. For me, the things you've described aren't even all that subtle, they've told the viewer how to feel, by mentioning that it's happening without actually having to put any work into actually making us feel that way about the characters, or how they are feeling themselves. It seems to be a classic Doctor Who fan thing to look for things that aren't there and create something from nothing to make the storyline better for them, which isn't actually a bad thing.
  17. I admire your enthusiasm and after a long day at work my response is going to be disappointingly short by your standards and will allow you the moral victory this time For me there is a difference between Story Arcs, Creating stories around them (i already said that Moffat was a much better story teller than RTD) etc than actual character development. I see the same Doctor who jumped onto our screens in his first episode, i see the same Amy (or perhaps even a slightly less exciting Amy) that first showed up in her house and i still see the Rory character as being the main reason in a storytelling way rather than a writing way for the lack of any progress or different sides to their personalities. He might very well be all the things you say he is, Amy might be all the things you say she is, Smith and Moffat may be all the things you say there are also but all you've done is explain what the story is and why they are there to suit the story, rather than the actual character development of any of the main characters. I don't really agree that using the words " subtle " and " just aren't getting it " are particularly a good thing when describing a prime time saturday night family tv show. For me Doctor Who should have it's audience feeling a whole range of emotions, whereas the only emotion i've felt is happy that the writing has been so good in terms of enjoyable storylines rather than any real feeling for what any of the characters are going through, which means when a storyline is awful like last week, for the first time it showed the weakness that Moffat has in his writing and once the mask has slipped for me, it's hard to get that feeling of awe and wonderment i had for his writing and Doctor Who in general.
  18. That episode was certainly better than last week but for me was still a bit meh. I think thats because ive came to the realisation that although Moffat and his team piss all over RTD in terms of writing entertaining and classic Dr Who-esque episodes, they have nothing on him when it comes to character development. I loved Smith as the Dr and still do, but it's all getting a bit samey and it's the same routine every single week which is completely one dimensional, i'd like to see different sides to his character, something that Tennant was very good at portraying. The Amy Pond character started out well but it's now getting to the point for me where that character is bringing nothing to the show every week apart from looking good, and i can't help but feel it's the inclusion of the Rory character aswell as the writing that is holding her back. There is no need for Rory to be there, all it does is take up valuable time that could be spent with The Dr and companion bonding, and maybe then we'd see the return of the old Amy Pond rather than the big pile of nothingness that she's became. After a strong first two episodes, i've struggled to make it through the last two episodes, the first one because it was a steaming pile of shit, and this one because of the realisation of the things i've said above.
  19. On saturday Bournemouth beat me after drawing with Huddersfield. Today Liverpool beat me on one bet and on my other one i had both the old firm games to have 4+ goals in the games, and there to be 0-1 goals in the birmingham vs fulham game. Fulham won 2-0
  20. Maybe maddy made a run for it as she was fed up listening to her parents humping every two minutes.
  21. Thought that episode was awful, one of the worst since the beginning of the new series. Apart from a couple of smart nods to future storylines the writing was terrible and cliched. Nothing at all happened, there was no build up of the siren taking the men getting progressively worse, or even different from the previous times, just the same thing over and over again. There was no suspense, nothing dramatic and nothing entertaining. The sword fight with Amy was cringeworthy, the supposed one liners from Smith were not funny in the slightest, the captain, the son and all the crew gathering round to fly the spaceship at the end didnt need to be there and was just sentimental for the sake of being sentimental, and they even threw in the classicly boring " Oh no, someone is dead and won't recover even after giving mouth to mouth oh wait, he's coughing and absolutely fine again yayyy " spiel. Being Dr Who i genuinely thought that Rory had died, and was excited to see how they'd bring him back into it, maybe realising a way to save the Doctor in the process, but no they resorted to awful sentimental rubbish that RTD would have been panned for, except didn't even do it aswell as RTD did it. If you're going to have a pointless filler episode, then at least it has to be entertaining. Come on Dr Who, you're much much better than this.
  22. Argumentative semantics Basically what you mean is your logic is flawed and opinions are entirely subjective.
  23. But smith has been nominated for a BAFTA and no other doctor has, so that makes him better than the rest right?? Or do awards only count when it suits your argument??
  24. So you're saying Smith is the best Doctor ever then? is that what we're agreeing on??
