  1. Our January fixtures Morton and partick at home and Alloa away. Saying that 6/7 points wouldn’t be bad either.
  2. Don’t really think Gaston should get the blame for the goal he’s moving across the face of goal and the boys somehow got it in the near post. But saying that QOS deservedly got a 2-0 win cause Arbroath were awful and Gaston made how know how many really good saves.
  3. We’ve just had our hardest run of games so far this season with mid week away game and being part time. We’ve collected 2 points probably should of really had 5. It’s hardly concerning to be fair and we have slightly better run of fixtures where I’d imagine we will pick up maximum points in games
  4. Back to 4411 with gold playing in midfield. Hopefully JT back fit and slots back into right back. Looking forward to my weekend in Inverness hopefully result won’t put to big of a dampener on the weekend [emoji481]
  5. Yeah I’m not sure he’s normally a few rows back I think but he’ll probably feel less likely to get involved with refs when he’s in the stand regardless how close to the pitch he is to the pitch / dugout
  6. DC said in his interview with Simon Ferry that sitting in the stands means he’s further away from referees after his altercation at Ayr the other year[emoji23] would imagine that has some part but he’ll be able to see more sat in the stand and like people have said can come down when he needs too
  7. Gaston 7/10 Miko 10/10 Campbell 4/10 Stirling 6.5/10 Wilson ?? Stewart 9/10 Murphy 5/10
  8. Looking forward to the away day never been to QoS. Hopefully we can get a positive result and we go back the usual formation for us. I’ll go close 2-1 victory for the lichties
  9. Doesn’t matter cause he’s miles ahead of Doris and Spence. McKenna doing a job up there at the moment also.
  10. Draw would of been a fair result. Not many chances for either team, deflected goal and a saved penalty which should never of been given. Arbroath started very slow down to the change in formation but soon dominated spells in the first half. Second half pretty even. Disappointing not to get something from that game.
  11. Agree with most comments Out: spence Doris and Campbell Spence just for what everyone has said already. Doris just isn’t fit enough he could always keep himself fit doesn’t need minutes to lose weight. Campbell decent player but I’d rather replace him with an out and out winger. In : big strong pacey striker and a winger McKenna used wide and centrally
  12. Tbf it’s nose bleed territory for him in opposition 6 yard box. Unlucky with chopped off goal great ball through by LD
  13. Comfortable throughout the game lucky to get the draw Saturday but tonight was a training exercise last 30. Fatigue obviously played its part for auchinleck. Miko dominated the game
  14. Fair play to auchinleck very good performance from them! very happy to get a replay on Wednesday wasn’t confident once sat in the stand and any confidence i had slowly disappeared as first half went on. Stewart made us lot more positive and grew into the game 2nd half Donnelly then missed a sitter and we got a soft pen. Roll on Wednesday Gayfield will suit us a lot better!
  15. Same 11 if possible with only Murphy for miko and JT for Stirling if necessary. Unfortunately won’t be there as in Nicosia [emoji295]️
  16. Best performance of the season by far! Every player brilliant!
  17. Arbroath on top for first then 30 minutes Alloa better for last 15 in 1st half and first 15 in the 2nd half. Game evened back out with chances for both. Gaston with a few good saves. Donnelly and linn linked up brilliantly for goals. Need a quick striker for late in games. Good win and big 3 points [emoji1145]
  18. Would be my choice too McKenna behind Donnelly they could even rotate between each other as one further up. Gold comfortable at RB. Stirling’s positional sense is questionable to say the least from what I’ve if him at full back
  19. Surely has to be same team as last Saturday, wasn’t at the game at EEP but sounds like the boys that came in didn’t do a job. Which can be expected given there lack of game time. From what I’ve seen Campbell is never a starter but more of an impact /live wire player hence why he normally comes on most weeks at the 60-70 minute marker most weeks. McKenna is wasted out wide and need to be played centrally but Gold and Donnelly are well ahead in the pecking order atm. Massive game and 3 points are a must
  20. Definitely be a few changes to the team for Arbroath I’d imagine defence will stay the same donnelly, Stewart and 2 of the midfield 3 for spence, McKenna, Murphy and Campbell. Don’t expect Arbroath to win tbh be very happy with a point after a massive 3 points on Saturday. Vital game next Saturday at home to Alloa aswell which DC will be looking at
  21. Can’t see swankie getting a game in the middle of the park if I’m honest I think he’s going to play more advanced either in the hole or as the striker. He’s got good control, can hold it up reasonably well and brings players into it and an eye for goal.
  22. Very tough game against a good auchinleck side who I’d say would be going for promotion in L2. By far better than kelty from the showing in the previous round who have spent stupid money to try win there place in L2. As for the quality of players some decent players who I’d consider for Arbroath’s squad definitely better than Omar and Wilson I’d say. Looking forward to the away day [emoji482]
  23. Can’t really change the team from Saturday but if any I’d change Donnelly for McKenna just for his work rate and physicality
