  1. I’m in the minority here, I much prefer plain kits but I don’t actually hate those kits if that’s what they are, as they mind me a bit of the Hummel kits. Mind you, I’m about 20 years past buying kits, I did however make an exception for the 2015 white cup final top. I do however hope O’Neill bring out a range of retro gear as I would buy that.
  2. Yeah, I hope whatever the kit is that the home has white shorts and the away different coloured shorts from the top. I hope it’s not another red away top too. On a side note, I’ve got a pal who’s a Thistle fan and he said the quality of the O’Neill kit and other stuff is really good.
  3. Yeah I agree, I much prefer plain strips and think they would be better without the pattern on the sleeves.
  4. Google searched O’Neills Falkirk FC and these images came up from a site concept kits so they are not our kits. Have to say I would accept something like both of these are they are like the Hummel Beazer Homes kits. DISCLAIMER - These are not our kits
  5. I notice politics coming out in a few posts as well, thought we had got rid of that shite with the departure of DPB. This forum is about FFC not political persuasions.
  6. They said that we had reached an agreement with QP to play their home games next season at TFS. Think they were just testing me and @Ranaldo Bairn to see if we could hold our water and we proved we could.
  7. I saw the post that the Alloa fan put out yesterday and as it turns out it was a lot of pish. I did however discuss the Falkirk situation with a friend and said that when we do get the information and it will be good news, there will be Falkirk fans who will still moan about it and I was right. The bottom line is the club needs cash, the uptake for the FSS is fantastic but clearly not enough at the moment. The FSS have probably worked their arses off to get this deal through, it’s a better option than taking cash from some dodgy businessman. Let’s just wait and see what the details are.
  8. I don’t mean it’s terrible for FFC, I mean it’s terrible someone has information through working for a club and has posted it on a fans forum, if indeed what they posted was true.
  9. That’s terrible, if it’s true what they posted.
  10. I did read it, I won’t comment on it but I just have to say if it’s true and a fan of another club has this information from an official source at the club they support they shouldn’t be leaking it on a forum.
  11. They can f**k off it they try to pap MaGuire onto us, I’d rather have Brad McKay.
  12. Maybe the financial news is Sheikh Jassim has grown tired of the Glazers pissing him about and has decided to invest his billions in the Bairns
  13. Any Falkirk fan win the Euromillions at the weekend
  14. Was mentioned on the podcast last night, I’m no sure if it’s official.
  15. I wonder if with Geddes away they are thinking of going down the Airdrie route, older keeper who can be a coach and cover if required. If it goes wrong like injury/sending off just bring in an emergency loan. Makes sense and could save money.
  16. I agree, it’s the old adage, he may be a c**t but he’s our c**t so we should back him.
  17. I appreciate I’m in the minority here but if I had to choose between Nesbitt and Oliver as squad players I would go Oliver. I know that ship has sailed, so for that reason I hope we release Oliver, as with a tight squad we can’t afford to have too many bench fillers.
  18. I think he could do a job sitting behind two strikers like in a 3-5-2 or a 5-3-2 but I can’t see McGlynn going with that. Probably best to move him on if it lets McGlynn bring in someone that fits better with his formations.
  19. I totally agree, maybe somebody needs to tell him that.
  20. I’m no a big Oliver fan but I’m going to give another take on the situation. I think he gets a lot of abuse from us, myself included because he was sold to us as a striker who would bag us goals when he plainly isn’t. I don’t think he’s a horrendous footballer however, his hold up play and ability to link the midfield is decent. I think a lot of the issues with Oliver was down to McGlynn and his persistence of playing him up top on his own. I’m away to look out the old tin hat for the abuse coming my way
  21. I’ve gave up with watching it, too one sided. Just like when I left our play off at TFS as soon as Airdrie scored.
  22. Ayr getting papped 6 zilch now on aggregate , imagine getting your arse handed to you that bad in a play off game, what a brasser
