Well King, I've allowed myself to get involved in much of the name-calling nonsense on here, which has achieved what many of the posters wanted in that it's diluted the points I was trying to put across. However, to my knowledge, Fillin only questioned one aspect of today's AFC statement so I'm not sure why he's being placed in the same category as myself. Vancouver_Don posts are entertaining. I'll lay off any further criticism. I shouldn't have targeted Vancouver_Don, it's the rest of the posters I have an issue with...

It's pretty basic to pay your staff their wages to the full amount and on time before you think about taking anybody in.

I don't know about Brophy but correct about looking bad. If you can't pay the players presently in the timely fashion that was agreed on their contracts then new players or new hires in background staff shouldn't be coming in. In the first instance, you should be looking after your current employees. I don't know of many businesses that hire when they're claiming financial hardship. I think they've added the two new RedTV commentators and a finance guy to my knowledge in the last couple of weeks whilst pleading the fans give them money for nothing.

In your opinion, and probably most others on here, they are being transparent. Not all of us are so convinced about that transparency. Therefore, we have the right to question just like you have the right to treat everything you read from the club as gospel. But most on here were completely taken in by a Vancouver_Don. Let that be a lesson in not accepting things at face value.

The previous guys are still on the books A96.. They're doing the home matches.. But we've got McLean doing the aways and Derek Rae turning up occasionally too... They won't be on under 30k which are supposedly the poor souls we're doing our best to protect

A perfectly reasonable post King as normal, explaining the situation from your perspective and then you go and ruin it with the "attention seeking" slur. I gave my point of view and I've been subjected to scorn and abuse. Then Rod Hull goes and stalks me on another forum and misrepresents my words on here. Therefore, I defend myself as you would. Meanwhile, Vancouver_Don talks complete nonsense but it is what the majority wants to hear so he's treated like a prophet. That's a true attention seeker. He says there's a leak in the boardroom but everyone's happy because he seems to be informing us of inside info. I'm not trying to wind you up, I'm giving you my opinion and you're expressing your view. Unfortunately, this seems to be beyond many of the other users on here, who prefer to silence me with abusive posts. It looks like only one view is acceptable on here.
