So there could be headlines about United being in the black.

TBF they probably thought "midweek game, on the telly, in the evening rain, it'll be called off" but found a pitch looking decent at this point of the season and clearly a competent groundskeeping team able to avoid a call off.

As it's the money men behind Dundee who failed to invest in facilities causing this delay, surely the fairest thing is to not punish the club but deduct 3 points from the company. Game delayed cos of the zombies setting off flares again and causing an evacuation. The extra 20minutes means more rain on pitch, game abandoned in 80th minute.

I was repeating what Dundee fans who had posted elsewhere had said as to why you had to move from Dens. One I spoke to IRL was explaining how you couldn't knock it down to replace/expand etc, but also how you were gonna sell the ground and houses would be built on it. I had assumed the bit he was havering about was how it could be knocked down to make houses but not a new stand, not that it was listed at all.

Could no one be arsed doing a find/replace before submitting in the last 5 months - first document I opened says Dens is "Now also known as the Kilmac Stadium" And that it's capacity is "11,850.1"

Teams should absolutely be allowed to decide who the referee is for all their matches. And so United should be commended for giving some much needed work to Bob Valentine.

Do they not still have the big manky sheet the used to cover the pitch with when other teams spent money on things like undersoil heating and proper drains? Shame when they splurged enough cash to go bust twice none of it went on infrastructure.

I'd suggest Arbroath play a goalkeeper outfield and sign a new backup goalkeeper. I hear there's an Australian international going spare they should get right on that.

The finance is definitely in place, ignore that after buying DFC it took them a decade to scrape together enough money to also buy back the Scott Fyffe Roundabout At Dens Park or whatever it's called this week.
