  1. It would be nice if septic and Sevco joined the English leagues at National League level. Broon would then get found out for the useless chavvy muppet he is.
  2. Sadly, you are correct. But when you think about it, the likes of Bolton Wanderers are in the fourth tier in England, Sunderland in the third and the likes of Hamilton and Ross County are in our top division. Neither of these clubs are as big as most fourth tier English sides.
  3. In fairness darlings, Stanley are now salary capped at £2.5 million pounds.
  4. We haven't been Hibernian since 1923. Grand effort though lad, to try and be the first to be a comical whizz. Someone already beat you to it though.... #DUFC
  5. It would be nice if one of us (Dundee United) could break them, but when you consider their fan bases compared to the rest of us, it is highly unlikely to happen. The sheer numbers create the wealth we'll never have. Unless we get some crazy Arab, Arab, who invests billions, we will always be aiming for third place.
  6. Good, i like both the home and away kits. I have followed the club since the early millennium having worked up that way.
  7. Fair point. Interesting history and very much like Triggers Broom it would seem.
  8. Did Cefyn Druids the oldest club in Wales not play in black and white stripes when they formed in 1872, five years before St Mirren were founded?
  9. I am not really sure about this appointment, he is a very average manager who has managed pretty crap English lower league clubs. Hopefully, I will be proved wrong.
  10. That Aberdeen kit is pretty awful really. Adidas do awful stock shirts that thousands of clubs use, there is nothing bespoke or stylish about them.
  11. Hi all, I am Mad Ferret originally from Manchester and now living in Devon. The first four games of (pro) football I ever watched was at the Theatre of Wet Dreams, Old Trafford. One of those games was on Wednesday 12th December 1984 against Dundee United. The irony is, I hate man u and love Dundee United, so the brainwashing of my uncle clearly failed. Ironically, my English club is one of man u's hated rivals Leeds United. So all in all, short of a Leeds balls up, both clubs are promoted to the top leagues.
