At least Queens know what their club is called away to Edinburgh at the Meadowbank Stadium. Queens probably haven't played their since Meadowbank Thistle were around (now Livi)....
Could Queens replicate their form at Palmerston over those two recent games against Edinburgh to win away?

Our pitch is on its last legs but Palmerston still....
Our pitch is absolutely fucking awful and has been for years. Sadly, the product on the park is nowhere near as good as the pitch.

Who was the big lump who played the first half? Absolute donkey
Ewan Bange from Blackpool on Dobbie's recommendation. Not so startling so far.

Could Queens win a third league game in a row and push themselves into the top half in the league table?

Fox isn't injured, he's ill.
If only we had some sort of official website where people could read match reports on games and perhaps source such information.
Knew it was one reason or other....

I I think my only time at Broadwood Stadium, where Clyde have just departed, was when Queens won the Challenge Cup Final vs. Brechin City 2-0 which was 20 years ago this Thursday 20th October, when Andy Goram completed his haul of Scottish Football winning medals.

How did Currie do in goals in place of Fox (is he injured)? He took a fair bit of criticism over the first quarter.
Fox was injured as Cowie was the back-up keeper yesterday.

Clyde 9th vs Queen of the South 7th
Queens really need to kick on and get further away from Clyde and closer to the mid table positions....

I don't understand why the likes of Connelly, Cochrane and Ruth weren't introduced today?

I’d have happily taken a nearly fit Nicky Low who only turned up on a match day rather than our current options tbh.
Surprised to see Low going out on loan at all, as I thought he just about started every game for Arbroath.

First of a home double header against FC Edinburgh, with the Challenge Cup game on the following Thursday night.

Playing on grass away from home gives Queens a fighting chance...

If you can name one interested party who actually wants to take the club on then fair enough. If there was anyone it would have happened already after the relegation, it’s not exactly the most lucrative area of business owning a local football team at the minute. The board have already expressed they would be willing to step aside if someone is willing to take over, but yet here we are..
Well look at the model of the likes of Morton. Supporters running the club in a fans takeover...

Hardly a queue of people waiting to take over? So what’s going to change exactly?
As someone mentioned earlier, there's surely some interested parties if/when Hewitson and his cohorts sail away down Solway Firth.

Ruth doesn’t fill me with any confidence he is going to score many goals. I think we better pray the lad from Blackpool is good or it’s looking a long bleak season ahead.
I wonder why Bange wasn't involved today?

We are getting well below a 1000 home crowd now? Fans are already staying away, and you can’t blame them
Well the next thing to do is demonstrations....

Beyond angry right now with the football, just at a point of numbness. The club is in complete free fall and I don’t know how we put a stop to it.
Fans vote with their feet and stop going to the games and demonstrate outside the main stand...

You've got to question the pitch at Palmerston. When's the last time it was replaced? Must be a good few years now anyway? In saying that other teams seem to play at Palmerston without any problem. Queens should seriously consider getting back to a grass pitch.

The first ever league meeting and already a relegation six pointer....
