  1. Getting what we deserved against a team who have lost 4 on the spin previously.
  2. That felt like a pre-season game. We were average but that’s all we had to be as Dumbarton are comfortably the worst team I think we’ve played. Buchanan and the boy next to him are laughable. 3 points off the play-offs, with two big home games after a trip to Peterhead, I’d imagine it won’t be 3 points for very long.
  3. Terrible support from us in regards to numbers. Hopefully those in charge take note
  4. I want Peter Houston back, even just for season then move him upstairs. Get a bit of passion, desire and spirit back. These things go a long way and something we’ve lacked since he left. Now before anyone says, I know about his recruitment. Not every single signing is going to be spot on, look at Man United one of the biggest clubs in the world, they can’t even get their recruitment right. I’d have him over any others but I know, we all know, he wont come back now.
  5. Also, in the 13 games against the top 4 sides we’ve scored 10 and conceded 30. unbelievable. Airdrie and Cove especially are everything we should be aiming to be.
  6. Said it before and I’ll say it again, once the manager loses the majority of the fan base (which Rennie seems to have) there is no way back. We’re just delaying the inevitable. McIntyre on a year to year contract is probably the best option we can hope for. Certainly got a good word from Mark Kerr.
  7. And look at Hartley now? Won a title at every club he’s been at. McKinnon should have been binned when we went down. He’s arguably failed at every club he’s been at with the exception of Queen’s Park who still sacked him after winning the league.
  8. How many times do we have to say we need experience? Not talking about specifically Rice but we need experience to win/get out this league. Why after Miller and McCracken, then Sheerin are we STILL going down the inexperienced route? We need a manager who can get every single ounce from his team. It’s sheer incompetence from the highest level. There is no Gary Deans to blame tonight.
  9. See if I read another update from the FSS saying we’ve made progress I’ll be withdrawing my monthly membership. This is WORSE than under Sheerin. How can that even be possible? How can it be possible we get every single decision wrong? I said last week Rennie’s subs killed us and they were awful again today. Imagine taking Griffiths off when he can deliver like he can. He stands in the dugout like Eddie May did, he’s way way way out his depth. The season is done, get him out and get the new man in for the last remaining games to see and evaluate the squad for himself. Airdrie, btw, are everything we should be aiming to be. We’ll eventually learn, albeit the hard way, that signing these so called better players from the championship and premiership is costing us. We need grafters, we need players up for a battle, not pussies.
  10. McKay is back . Rotten team. Not much we could do but it’s line up lottery again.
  11. Agree in regards to Tynecastle. We weren’t playing the Saturday we were suppose to be at home to Peterhead and my nephew wanted to go to a cup game so we went to Hearts V Livingston. Magnificent stadium.
  12. 6 years ago. How I wish we could even win back to back games at home.
  13. I did last week against Peterhead and yesterday confirmed it with his subs. Why Telfer stayed on the full game was beyond me. Even bring on Wilson (shiver) out there where he’s been training.
  14. If it’s the case, which is seems to be, that our budget is smaller next season why the absolute f**k did someone agree to pay thousands for Griffiths? Surely that money could have just been kept and put this next season’s budget? As was said at the time, you could have Ronaldo in our team but if you don’t sort the midfield it wouldn’t matter a jot. We’ve wasted thousands on Griffiths.
  15. Having a little think about this last night and IF (all ifs buts and maybes) Dunfermline replace Cove and Kelty replace East Fife and that’s the only changes to the league, you could argue 6/10 teams will be challenging for the league and you’d have to put us 6th favourite. The statement fro the board to me suggested we had no money and that plating budget will be less next year. Not a hope in hell we’ll get out the league again even next season, unless we get the manager appointment right, something we haven’t done since Houston.
  16. We need experience. Someone who can get every inch of effort out of a team like Houston did between 2015-2017
  17. If the board want to continue watching their mate play real life football manager with my club then they can but they won’t have my sponsorship or season ticket money.
  18. Also, if we’re talking about “progress” just take the games against Clyde the season. Sheerin 6 points from 6. Rennie 1 point from 6. #Out
  19. Rennie can GTF pronto. His subs totally cost us today. Telfer was done with 20 minutes to go and get he still was kept on the park. He then shits out a tackle, followed by Miller and it’s a goal. Second half was rubbish apart from a few Griffiths set pieces that Dowds and Watson should have scored from. Season is now done so I’d rather this new board concentrated on getting the right man in now and let him decide who he wants to keep.
  20. Impressed so far. I thought it was 4-4-2 with Telfer on the right but I could be wrong. If it is the case, I’d like Morrison there when fit and Telfer in one. That is the back line we need to persist with.
  21. Seems like the cheap option more often than not, especially in earlier years.
  22. In Cove’s last 5 games if I’m correct they have 1 win and 4 draws. The win against us. How can 4 other teams manage to get a draw against them and we put in an absolute pitiful performance?
