Arbroath have got that big striker who is making the difference for them up top on loan from Livi. Why we can't just pay Reilly full wages I just do not understand We have to find a player like that before the window closes on Tuesfay night

Gavin Reilly is going to Morton on loan . Apparently we were trying to get him but Livi want all his wages payed by the loan club something we would not do . Hopefully AJ has something else lined up we really need a player that can make a difference it is fine margins in the Championship

Any news on Reilly . Was hoping Queens would make a move for him. Would be a bit of a gamble with Reilly recent injury record but worth the risk .

Will have to see the highlights hopefully on soon but it looked to me that the keeper was pushed into the net . The radio and papers are all saying it was a mistake from our keeper . Scott Dunn is a decent young player but needs a few reserve games before he is ready to play in the Championship Even Wullie Gibson says that think he will have a better idea than any fan.

Our first home game could not be more difficult. Somehow we have to try and sort our defence out yet again we lose 3 goals hopefully can get in a experienced centre back to help our young defence.

Have said for a long time our loan signing will be crucial why we have not used any loans yet is a mystery to me . You are spot on with what we need we must try and get it now not wait till it is too late .

Ayr and Queens are similar size clubs have much the same budget . The likes of Dunfermline and Partick are bigger clubs . Have heard we turned Maxwell down because we are close to a deal with Middlesbrough which will mean they will send us there best young players on loan hopefully Jones will be one of them . We have accommodation all set up in Hamilton hopefully the deal will go through next week .

Why should we not be concerned? The majority of clubs in our league are putting the finishing touches to there squads not needing at least 6 players . Our defence or lack of it is going to cost us again this season.

We always played him at left back but he is really good going forward maybe could play left mid . Needs to work on the defensive side of his game which he will. Strange move going to Ayr some have said he was offered to us but we turned the loan down . Hopefully AJ has better lined up but I doubt it

Not looking like we are making any signings before Saturday. All going to be at the last minute yet we wonder why we always have a bad start to the League season. You need to have a settled defence East and Dunn have done well but you can't get away with a make shift defence against the better teams as shown against Motherwell . Hopefully AJ will update us in the press tomorrow on how close he is to new signing hopefully the quality he is waiting for is worth it .

Hearts are due a fee for Cochrane which no club will pay. Away from that I can't believe AJ turned down Maxwell we will not get a better left back . We have to hope AJ has signings lined up for this week I don't think so but time will tell .

AJ does keep a very tight lid on signing we never have any idea if he close to signing anyone .

Excellent centre back now on loan at Orange County in U.S.A. Hopefully Rangers will loan us more players but difficult now that they have a B team . James Maxwell playing now for the B team wasted playing in the Lowland League .
