Decent game, despite the lack of goals. Stenny looked much better at the back with Buchanan and Jamieson looking a solid pairing, both were excellent today. Thought all of our backline had a good game. Jamieson is a monster and won everything but Bilham showed a level of composure and touch that I didn't expect from him. He switched off a couple of times but got to give the lad credit. DJ is a revelation and brings a reassurance to our defence, that has been required for a number of years. Midfield, a part from his chance in the first half, the game went past Wedderburn. I thought he would've been subbed for Berry earlier on. Anderson was tremendous and it's good to see his passing and decision making are improving. O'Reilly threatened but was guilty of taking that extra touch or two. Good performance from him though and he took a sore one from a Forfar player, who slid in needlessly from the side, as O'Reilly was already being tackled by another Forfar player. Forfar fans shouting diving b*****d at him was pretty funny. Ref completely missed it. Aitken... ... You can tell by his demeanour that he isn't going to press or work hard, can see him infuriating me throughout the season. Definitely need another striker to come in. Morrison for Forfar was tremendous but Moore and Paterson gave good accounts of themselves too.

Will only take a few injuries to hamper our season and those in first 11 are going to be playing a high number of minutes throughout all competitions. Like others, I'm worried about the squad depth and lack of signings coming into the season. Just got to hope the club have a few things planned and waiting on them materialising.

I remember watching Tiwi play at youth levels and was delighted when he signed on with us in the first team. Could understand when he was farmed out to Oakley and Camelon but should never have been released without given an opportunity. It does highlight though that we can develop decent players in the youth set-up and the pathway to the first team should be restored immediately. Especially when you look at our squad this season. If we were giving opportunity to young lads who were mostly bench filling, it's still experience of the first team and most fans would appreciate the development.

How did the 'amateurs' look? Anything promising?

After having a few achillies injuries myself and tendinitis, I can sympathise with Jordan. It can be frustrating thinking it has healed after physio and rest but it's just a matter of time until it aggrevates again. Probably the right call for the player. Leaves us in a shitty position.

Could be both depending on the away support size but usually away fans are in the covered terrace.

Stenny haven't officially released our kit either, although we saw a plain white Puma number during our friendlies.

I'd like to see us bring in one more defender. Defensively we'll have Lynch and Bilham/Lowdon on the bench and that doesn't fill me with confidence.

Signed Edin Lynch today, who was last with Dumbarton. Don't know much about him but plays a centre or right back.

From reading that, it looks like the lack of versatility could be a potential issue for us. We were fortunate to have Miller and Corbett last season that could cover multiple positions when required and we seem more restricted this season defensively. Need to get signings made.

Personal taste, I suppose. I wouldn't worry, i'm not really a fashionista.

Would be good to see the new kit too. Looking forward to the game against Lithgi, been a while since I was last there.
